Polls could be spread easy, although we where a far distributed and kind of big group. With Prioneer we could make the decision process more asynchronous and people could give the decisions more thought time, which felt less under pressure than in the meeting. > > **Inconvenienti**: Very subjective but I thought the design could use a little more color. > > We used prioneer in our software development team to make decisions about new features and directions. Polls and prioritizations could be created very fast and intuitive and at most I liked how easy it was to spread them to the other team members. We could create a better fitting asynchronous process on this decisions, so people had the feeling decisions got more "thought time" and had better quality.
