The tool that matched our company’s tasks and goals was giftmate’s Benefit System. Surprisingly, from the very beginning of using it, we did not face any troubles with understanding how the software works, even though none of our team members had prior experience managing ready-made loyalty program solutions. Monthly analytics were a deal-breaker for us; it is definitely something that not many players in the market offer, therefore kudos to giftmate for understanding business needs.
The purchase journey is smooth and hassle-free. The great range of brand partners on their brand marketplace, giftmall, is diverse and allows us to offer flexibility to our customers, empowering them to choose rewards that resonate with them.

In the beginning of our path with sales stimulation, something we were looking for was a flexible solution that could be tailored to numerous specific needs of ours, such as detailed data analytics on sent incentives and our spending, customizable gift catalog etc.
