Excellent for hospice and palliative care

Aspetti positivi:

E-prescribing is the only feature that I use and it is excellent. It makes EPCS easy and allows my staff to assist me with preparing the prescriptions for my review and authorization.

Aspetti negativi:

The web interface could be better as well as the process to add and administer users.

I recommend this to all providers!

Easy to use. Accurate and up to date info. Scheduling is easy. Documentation has a perfect flow.

Sometimes apriss doesn’t work and even though it says é-script sent successfully it doesn’t show if the pharmacy actually received or approved the script.

Cheap, but functional

Customization of the template. The copy of the desired template was submitted and it was implemented by RXNT team

Aspetti negativi:

Frequent outages, can not insert physical exam once the template is chosen, can not make “cpt cluster”. Can not loft template. The EMG TURNS OFF EVERY DAY AT 12.21 am and it has to be restarted. It does not save info instantaneously and on multiple occasions you need to retype what was typed before because it did not save info

Quite simply, the best prescribing platform available!

Commenti: I was first introduced to RxNT about 20 years ago at the advent of electronic prescribing. In the 2 decades since, I have used perhaps 8 different prescribing platforms, usually as directed by the health system with which I worked or embedded in an EMR. I have consistently favored RxNT above all others. In fact, the past 2 companies I worked for adopted RxNT at my urging. And now as I have transitioned to and independent practice status, I have once again engaged RxNT as my prescribing program. I'm extremely satisfied, and feel like I've returned home!

From a clinician perspective, it's quite user friendly -- intuitive, logical data location, functional drop downs, easy to add patients, and archive favorite pharmacies, to name a few benefits.

Aspetti negativi:

The onboarding was a bit more onerous than it probably needs to be, but then again, because I have a history with the program, it may have simply been less relevant to me.

HORRIBLE service and customer relations does not care

Commenti: Horrible customer service that does not take ownership for their mistakes, if your practice is open on the weekends be prepared with backup plans as it frequently goes down over weekends with no support available until monday.

Relatively inexpensive for EMR, however you don't get fully functional product

Horrible customer service, billing module does not submit claims correctly, patient data gets changed by the system.

Great prescribing program

Commenti: RXNT's prescribing program makes it easy and quick to prescribe accurately while easily maintaining complete, accurate records. I use it for all my prescribing, and I would not want to change.

Aspetti positivi:

The biggest reason I started with the RXNT prescribing program instead of some other company's program was that the representative I was working with was very responsive to my tight timeline and promised to get me set up lighting fast, which he did. There was superb customer service up front. But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.

A few times I have noticed things that the program seemingly could not do - and then when I have checked with RXNT Support, I find they can show how to do what I need to handle the need that has arisen - like, if I want to prescribe a brand new, newly approved medication that is not yet in the system, there is a way to add it, and Support showed me how. So - there is really nothing not to like. Everything works for me.

Wonderful Experience with RXNT

Medication entry and tracking is very simple. Re-ordering medication is made simple. I appreciate the fact that other pharmacies are easily accessible as an option for narcotics.

Review of RXNT for Optometry

Aspetti positivi:

The most used features that are used during an eye exam in looking up patient medication history as well as prescribing medications to treat ocular disease. RXNT has been shown to be easy, fast, and effective.

Aspetti negativi:

At this time, the two main features that we use in our practice has shown no issues. Therefore, there has not been a con using this product.

Easy to use and very few technical issues

Compared to a previous e-prescribing software, this one is much easier to navigate and has not given me almost any glitches or mishaps.

The version I'm using did not connect directly with my electronic health record. Also, sometimes a medicine prescription did not go through to the pharmacy, and it did not notify me directly about this; I had to check on another screen.
