I think you’ve made a choice to be packed with options and configurations that make sense for a lot of companies but I wonder if some features might be better off hidden in an “advanced” menu. Or perhaps more tool tips to help us understand the impact of each thing. On that note, when we first started I loved the documentation but now it’s a bit of a pain point for me. I think it could be enhanced and expanded with, ideally, an extensive faq or even a knowledge base built by users. > > Excellent.
