I’ve used other platforms that maintain a public or internal feature‑request tracker showing what’s been submitted, what’s under review, and what’s actively being developed, and I really wish MyCase had something similar. Its not the top of the market in that it does not have the robust items for a personal injury or employment law case, it allows for contingency but doesn't actually have any functionality built in for contingency cases. But for the basic case management needs, it works well enough.
