Commenti: We have been using Acculynx for years. It is extremely user friendly. If I ever have a problem or question, customer service is always available and helpful.

User friendly Self Explanatory Customer service is fantastic Customizable All facets of company can use and communicate (office, sales, production, accounts receivable etc)

Our only issue is the app. Would love if it was more adapted to iphones

Commenti: I absolutely love the software and would recommend to any roofing contractor.

Aspetti positivi:

AccuLynx has mastered the process from tracking a lead from initial phone call to final photos. The software allows systems to be put into place so that no steps are missed within the sales to production process.

Aspetti negativi:

When you download photos they are in a very large format and hard to work with. Also the photo editing is sub-par.

Estimator and insurance specialist

Commenti: It is usable but not a good product. I do not have more to say.

It is a usable CRM. I do not have anything else good to say about Acculynx

User interface, the navigation, the dashboard page, the messages, the reports, smart docs, invoicing, estimating, ordering. They all can be simplified and improved in many ways.

Acculynx, For the Pros

Commenti: Overall it is the best CRM out there I have tried them all and this by far exceeds them with CSR reps and the automation.

Aspetti positivi:

The user Interface on this is awesome and the knowledge base will make the onboarding a breeze for all Depts.

Aspetti negativi:

The Scheduler tool. It requires that you create a ticket for all making the calendar unreadable at times.

User friendly

Commenti: Very happy. Much more user friendly than our previous CRS

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

Commenti: Everyone on the team was so helpful with setting up our business for the first time. The would call and to see if we had any questions and were always super friendly and willing to help. All of the staff seemed to be very passionate about acculynx.

New Company - learning how to use it

Commenti: It’s a good system that I must have. I’m a little more critical as I’m still a small company so the little hiccups take a lot of my time away from generating leads

Once I can get all of my AccuField issues resolved I think it will be much better. Again the organization is great. Pricing from ABC and Beacon is not 100% complete and I cannot find a lot of things from their catalogue

Aspetti negativi:

My accufield is hard to use. I also with CompanyCam could get set up to have my reports saved in the project folders. It’s a manual process right now. Using the documents for signatures is expensive. If it were not as much I’d love to consider it.I also don’t get notifications from the texts I get from my customers through the texting feature. I need help with get that figured out.

It hasn't been with me long enough for me to become irritated by any aspect.In the event that a note is inadvertently placed in the incorrect file, this may cause some confusion.

Acculynx Integration

Commenti: I overall like acculynx a lot but it needs some upgrades

I like the leads, Prospect, approved, completed, invoiced section. I like how you can email, text and the customer portal and share stuff to it.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like the worksheets and I don't see the point to them. Quickbooks add on is not affective. I also think the phone app needs alot of work

Perfect functional app for a whole team

Commenti: This app is super easy to use and when I needed support, customer service was friendly, helpful and prompt with my request.

I like how I can see the dashboard of all projects and where in the process they are of being completed. I also like how I am able to see everyone's schedules which makes it easy for communication throughout the day.

I have yet to find something about AccuLynx that I do not enjoy so far.

I like the quote/ estimates in the system and that we can setup QuickBooks through the system and send customers an invoice.

Aspetti negativi:

I think that when do doing an estimate one thing that needs to be looked into is when given total square footage. Instead of all materials list what it needs it needs to break it down from the biggest to smallest. So, for example, I have a 55 Gal and a 5 gal. If the total square foot is 110 then automatically it should calculate 2 55 gal drums. But instead, the system puts 2 55 gal drums and then it says I need 22 5 Gal buckets. so, I have to erase the 5-gal ones. Need to change the algorithm to caluate it better.

It wasn't easy to learn. Once I got it, I'm doing well.

Each job is a number. I don't know what number 27 is. Then I have to look up the name and job to find out what it is.

Great Service

I love that there is a help desk I can call for help and charts for tracking sales

I do not like the apps for the subcontractors needs more work and needs more work

Stop wasting time finding a CRM. This is the one you need. Trust me, I have tried them all!

Customer support is spot on always. Once you start getting the hang of it which take very little time, you then realize just how powerful this software is. Truly a great platform and I recommend it daily to people. Great job Acculynx as always! Now is it perfect yall? No, but do we live in a perfect world?? No. 2
