Commenti: My overall experience with Trend Micro is not satisfactory & i don't recommend it for Large Enterprises, especially when you have to integrate it with lots of software, as we have experienced a lot of issues with it, which ended up terminating it & replacing it with another protection software.

Unfortunately Trend Micro's experience with our Company is not satisfying, it has a lot of issues being deployed on a large scale, and causes problems with integration with other software, and actually stops important upgrades which are actually safe, it caused issues with our Network Monitoring software (Solarwinds Orion) and actually impacted our production badly.

This program keeps me protected in all areas. It scans every day and will do additional scans anytime I need it to. I love that you can still continue to use the computer when the scan is being run.

Sometimes blocks documents being sent to me that pertain to my job but after several steps I can get through the block.

Security architecture is good for protection it cover all signature protection at multiple appliance and easy of flexiable and multiple Security options like antivirus,ips,behavioral analyze , URL filter also etc.

Some custom configuration is more difficult and is not .

I don't have a whole lot to say about it but that it did it's job.

My biggest complaint was the installation seemed to be a bit long. Other software seems to install quicker which is important at a client with 200+ computers.

Commenti: The licenses are billed annually at a very good and economical price because it also offers web protection in the browser, email, anti-spam and attacks from external intruders. The protection is complete and has great performance on devices without crashing or failing.

The Trend Micro Smart Protection Complete Suite solution has everything we need to protect devices such as corporate computers and notebooks against intruders, worms, viruses and also hacker attacks. The system is simplified and easy to use for scheduling daily scans, fault finding, outdated software and viruses.

Aspetti negativi:

The system has some bugs in the smartphone version but we use it as the main one in Windows on the workstations. I don't see another problem.

Just difficult to use

Commenti: When I used the software, it made me worry that it was letting problems in and not letting me know since the software not only never detected problems even on a heavily infected machine but also slowed down any machines that it was installed on.

There wasn't really anything to like about the software other than it let you lock it so that the user was not able to remove it without your consent

It never did what it was suppose to and never found or prevented viruses

This application has many Pros, but the most important thing is that it keeps annoying unwanted emails at bay, I really like its ease of installation, its friendly interface. I have been using products from this company for years and they are synonymous with quality.

I think the updates are not as frequent as they are with other products of this same brand. but it is something that can be solved without major problem. It really is difficult to get negative aspects to this useful tool

Very Trustworthy and efficient anti-spam and anti-virus software

It has never failed. I have been using it for years and never had any malicious virus or spam attack on my PC. We also use it at work and never had any issues. We used Symantec endpoint earlier than replaced it with trend micro.

It is heavy and installation on large networks can be a pain

Commenti: It's user friendly and is great about scheduled maintenance etc, overall I felt protected however I was advised to switch due to not enough emphasis playing a role on malware protection.

Basic protection with lots of notifications

It definitely does its job it scans thoroughly and I haven't had a problem with any viruses because it catches any sort of thing it scans for.

Once again it's hard to enjoy the free version when you're constantly being reminded to purchase the full. After the trial. Ends you are required to register it so I went back to AVG

Nothing questionable gets through, ever! Hands down, Trend is easily the best at keeping our system safe. I never have to worry about people clicking malicious links, because the messages that contain them are nonexistent.

Need an email protection, search no more

After install there's no much you need to do. Just sit and relax, this sw will do everything for you.

I didn't like that my every email had a signature that it was scanned with this software. It didn't look good for me.

Not really a problem of the software, but I forget that it's there and I really should be checking it every now and then just to make sure it isn't finding things so I can alert our IT person.

A very well known brand name, trustworthy in its lists of spam/viruses. Updates to new virus lists often. Not that expensive

Makes mac a little clunky after install. Slows it down sometimes

I've managed a Smart Protection install at a client site for several years. In general, it does a decent job of filtering out the junk and passing legitimate messages.

The user interface is not well designed in my opinion. Often requiring additional steps to access info that should be at ones fingertips. Just because it's technical/ professional software should not preclude a degree of user friendliness.
