Having real time data import into our software makes our communications precise. There are times when we need guidance with the software and Davisware support is excellent. Their response is quick and helpful with friendliness. We have gotten to know some support staff personally and have built friendships due to their genuineness. > > **Inconvenienti**: The only challenges we face are simplifying the payroll entries processes with labor tracking since S2K does not have a payroll module, but we make it work. Also, the Agreements function works very well, but field entries can be sensitive and detailed especially when setting up for amortizations and making adjustments/credits. However, after three years of working with Davisware and their product 'Vision' we've found it to be a tremendous risk. Several reporting issues, random sequence number changes, updates that fix one problem and introduce two more are all too common. S2K / Vision / Vision2 are painfully underdeveloped products in the hands of Davisware. There are a few good folks in the company, but turn over is very high. Getting responses to deep or immediate issues remain slow. Financial statements, monthly tax filings, technician progress reports, and insurance audits have been inaccurate several times requiring us to do a series of internal audits with our CPA. Recently, the use of additional third party software was recommended to bypass their own reports. We were hoping after Davisware sold to / partnered with Serent Capital in September 2019 they would invest in the software, fix the bugs and offer better technical support to their clients. A few years later there are still way too many gremlins in the software and support remains inadequate. Be cautious before working with Davisware or Vision. Being able to put daily and monthly reports on a scheduler makes it much easier to balance and close out month end. AP and AR functions/reporting is great. Our customers like the convenience of getting an invoice sooner rather than later.
