Commenti: Relativity works well for most complex matters. The ability to Process data within the platform is very well executed, however, it can be difficult to troubleshoot issues without back-end access, which means you will need to partner with a Relativity export to assist.

Relativity is straight foward and simple for end users to use. Many of the advanced features can be really helpful, though end users may not know anything about those tools unless they partner with a Relativity specialist.

At times the learning curve on searching and navigating can be challenging. The folder-based UI can be a bit challenging for users to understand, especially where deduplication is being applied.

It is very easy to use and convenient for electronic discovery document review. I love how it offers persistent highlighting of key terms and also displays the family relationships of each document in the coding panel so you can tell how each document relates to the last.
Aspetti negativi:
Sometimes Relativity has latency issues in loading the coding panel during document review.

I like the ease of use that comes with relativity. They make the platform easy to search for things and complete documents with accuracy.

I dislike when the system is down and then sometimes it takes a while to come back up.
