Also given Paychex size it seems that the teams are geo-diverse and don't utilize the same tools and resources to manage customer accounts internally. i.e. probably no shared CRM or Salesforce platform. We'd routinely get calls from folks in different departments trying to upsell our service offering only to tell them we spoke to someone else about this less than a month ago and have no interest in implementing the additional services. > > Strong provider, but overall, the cost was very prohibitive.
