> **Vantaggi**: The developer team had pre-made templates Which I could choose from. &#10;&#10;Can you also get lifetime analytics that allow you to see when and where someone opened your Proposal, how long they spent on each page, and you get text notifications when they do so that you can reach out in live-time&#10;&#10;Once I did they built out my proposal for me based on what I was already using in PDF form. They walked me through a couple steps on how to do everything and they've been very hands-on.

> **Inconvenienti**: While you can sign documents, they don't have an integration with docusign, you have to use one of the other native software. &#10;&#10;There also is no way to accept payments directly from within a proposal you have to balance the client out somewhere else

> Outside of those few cons, it's been great and very easy for us to comment back and forth with prospects and send professional

> **Inconvenienti**: Their business tactics are not aligned with customer service and generating a positive review. When the fit was no longer there due to our in-house initiatives, they refused to waver on their renewal notice which was 60 days and we were outside of, and billed for the annual renewal with no attempt to meet in the middle. I find these tactics predatory in the extreme, and it has completely changed my perception of their organization. If you want to use them, bite the bullet on the monthly fees so you don't have someone telling you send them the money and they don't care about anything else.

> Soured beyond belief. When I have to pay for an additional year of something that's become redundant because they cling to their contract terms (I hadn't hit my renewal yet, I was somewhere between 30 days and 60 days before my contract expiry) to soak me for thousands of dollars - would not recommend to anyone based on the lack of customer care alone.
