When we evaluated Fleetio, the seamless syncing of telematics data was presented as a key feature and a major selling point of the integration. Unfortunately, in practice, it has not functioned as advertised. GPS and telematics data from One Step GPS does not reliably update within Fleetio, which undermines one of the core benefits we were expecting from the platform. Having accurate, real-time vehicle data automatically populated in the system was a significant part of our decision to adopt Fleetio, so this has been a notable disappointment and something we hope to see resolved. > > Overall, our experience with Fleetio has been a positive one.
