> **Vantaggi**: I wouldn't have seen a tremendous improvement in my company without this powerful software. The full functional  automations makes things very easy and productive very high.

> **Inconvenienti**: Quickbooks online integration did not work correctly and we had billing issues. The company was bought by a credit card processor so you no longer have  a choice of processor - which means rate increases sneak in.  The credit card company that bought SAP is not in  the software business.  This is a cash cow for them. The customer service gets worse by the year. I've been on hold for 40 minutes. This is not unusual. Be prepared to tie up your office. When they respond by email to a problem the issues is not always addressed and answers are not usually clear. I have been waiting for resolution on an issue for months. The testing is not good which is why the releases are buggy. They have a limited number of good reps who understand the business impact of the questions. This has always been the case which leads to delays in resolving problems. Due to poor management they had spam problems with Twillio this generated issues for the companies they have that were following the rules. I can no longer recommend this software. All this and they have increased prices.

> **Vantaggi**: It does the most of the basics and has an awesome upside. Like the cloud based, the vision of it, and potential to make a huge difference. The customer service is pretty good and responsive.

> **Inconvenienti**: It is somewhat buggy but had gotten a lot better. They work on it a lot to improve. The reports have a lot to be desired. It would be nice to have ToDo and Job notifications / texts based on time / date.  Tracking and feedback on suggestions for improvements and requests would be nice.
