Commenti: Very good, straightforward "tool" that I have recommended to a few other friends.

Simple to set up and the integration with my underlying primary calendar is very good.

Aspetti negativi:

For what it does I have no complaints, "IF" I wanted to use it as my primary interface for my overall calendar management, I would likely have additional input.

Complicated and still doesn't run particularly smoothly

Aspetti positivi:

When it works it does what it's supposed to do, but we believe there are more user friendly systems out there and our trust in the system has deteriorated over the last few months.

Aspetti negativi:

We have had issues with calendar syncing, the manual block off isn't ideal, we have had reservation times showing as available when they weren't - this has been a stressor having to double check our calendar regularly. Our second biggest issue is the payment portal failing intermittently and this has been happening more frequently lately and tech support hasn't been particularly helpful.

A good calendar software that's better than nothing, though a bit enterprise'y

Aspetti positivi:

A great calendar management tool compared to sending emails and asking people if a set of times "works for them". Just send them a link and they can pick a time that works from your calendar. Compared to the email route, ScheduleOnce is incredible, and I used it for years.

Aspetti negativi:

Calendly has entered the marketplace with a product that is more user-friendly, more human, and has a great free plan (whereas ScheduleOnce has no free plan). When putting these two side by side, Calendly wins on all fronts, which makes ScheduleOnce irrelevant for me, personally.

Commenti: I’ve been ver pleased so far! It does exactly what we need.

It’s functionality is exactly what we need. I particularly like the ability to have a combined booking page but control the flow of appointments to different staff as well as the calendar integrations.

Aspetti negativi:

It’s robust and that’s a good thing but there’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out where to find what things. I could see that being challenging to anyone who struggles with new platforms.

ScheduleOnce is a great scheduling tool that allows prospects and clients to book appointments conveniently. It saves me a lot of time going back and forth to locate a mutually good time.

Aspetti negativi:

I am good with technology platforms, but not an expert and I prefer user-friendly tools and good customer support. The tool takes a little bit of time to understand how to customize the setup of the scheduler to your needs. Once setup, it has required very little maintenance on my part.

User-friendly and professional

Commenti: I've been a long-time user of ScheduleOnce and have found it easy to use and really appreciate the extra level of support that has been implemented over the years. The Live Chat support feature has been very helpful in overcoming any challenges in a quick and convenient way.

This software is very user-friendly for the end-user and has a very professional look which is why I chose it over other options with comparable features.

Aspetti negativi:

Not being able to reschedule appointments on the spot within the software and having to send the end-user an email that relies on them taking action instead of being able to do it while in the moment.

Commenti: Great tool overall, does what it needs to do.

SO is great for more complex appointment scheduling needs (ex. allowing prospects to book in with a multi-person sales team and distribute calls evenly between team members).

Aspetti negativi:

Page can be a bit slow to load at times, and SO overall is a bit less intuitive to use than alternatives like Calendly. You get more functionality though, so worth it in some situations.

Great Scheduling Software for a Small Business

Commenti: Excellent! Everything is automated and our clients get a 24-hour reminder and a 1-hour reminder, so it keeps them accountable without us lifting a finger.

It covers all the bases we need for our personal training business. We were able to create templates for private, semi-private and pair sessions.

Aspetti negativi:

The setup was a bit challenging for me, but customer support was always there guiding me through each step until everything ran smoothly.

ScheduleOnce Saves Me Lots of Time

Commenti: The experience has been good. I followed the instructions to set up the program and connect with my calendars. It took a couple of tries to get the settings just as I wanted them, but changes were easy to make. I've used tech support only once via chat which was responsive and helpful.

Aspetti positivi:

The product does everything I need from a scheduling system, with no issues or complications. Once set up and configured, it presents available times according to my availability and settings for working hours, adds meetings to my calendars, automatically sets up a Zoom meeting, and reminds attendees of upcoming meetings.

Aspetti negativi:

I'm using only the scheduling software to allow clients to schedule meetings with me. I don't have a need for many of the other features included in the product. No complaints so far.

When ever I have an issue, which is not often, the customer support and live chat feature has always impressed me. I know I can get a quick and effective resolution to my issue.

Aspetti negativi:

The reporting. I wish I could export more of the fields to an excel spreadsheet. Everyday I have to manually add the appointment time, student time zone, and notes to the exported list of students.

Good enough, but not my favourite

In my mind it was not intuitive​ enough I had to play around with it too much to get it to do what I want it to do Once you get the hang of it, it's okay, but for the simplicity I wanted, it was not simple enough It worked well when it worked

Love the support on this platform - they've always been quick to answer questions or offer solutions. In terms of booking and scheduling we love the ability to separate event types into different booking pages

Aspetti negativi:

The user interface can be a bit clunky in the backend. If you don't know what you're looking for then it's hard to see how the events, booking pages, etc all fit together and where the settings need to be adjusted.

I use this for phone appointments and podcast interviews. Had made scheduling easy because, as the name says, you only have to schedule once -- no more going back and forth. Have used similar services and this is the one I like best. Integrates well with calendars to make sure you don't get double-booked!

Aspetti negativi:

Pretty good as is! Would love an option to be able to get as many add-on calendars as needed, not just package deals.

Commenti: My overall experience with ScheduleOnce is smooth and stress free. It is easy to set up even if you are not handy with technology.

Aspetti positivi:

Quick and easy scheduling that is automated so I’m not chasing down clients with missed phone calls, text messages or emails just to make an appointment. This saves me time and prevents leads from going cold. I get updated in my email and by text when a new appt schedules. I can schedule many types of appts on the same page. It links directly to my google calendar.

Aspetti negativi:

Adding multiple coaches to my scheduler requires same price as administrator user.

Commenti: The software always booked the wrong time. Support was unable to figure out the issue and they would not provide a refund AND were not able to turn off automatic billing. The only solution was to delete my account immediately (and lose the next 10 months) or wait and delete my account right before it auto-renews.

The scheduling dashboard is nice. There are good customization options.

Aspetti negativi:

The software always booked incorrect times due to daylight savings conversion. Support was unable to help and no refunds are provided.
