Commenti: My managers and employees love it.

Aspetti positivi:

It is easy to use and anybody with a phone can have easy access to their schedule, send messages using it, and letting anybody know about changes. It is a very practical and professional tool for the schedules that we use in our Restaurant. We have the scheduling available on our P/R processor, but we prefer to pay for this service as it is more agile and practical than our P/R company.

To be honest, I do not have any complaints, but we only use the scheduling module as we have other systems.

Aspetti positivi:

Getting 7Shifts set up was super easy! The process to integrate with the other platforms that we use was also very simple. This is important because not all companies have an IT department that can blow through tech set up. 7Shifts can be used by anyone.

Aspetti negativi:

The only complaint I have is the that you aren't able to use the tip management feature unless you use 7shifts' payroll processing as well.

Decent product, overly expensive, poor biling communication.

Commenti: 5/10 overall it met our requirements but the stability was bad for everyone. Often users would get loggednout and need to log back in. When this happens, they no longer recieved updates from the business schedule or the messages.

It provided a place to schedule and communicate with staff. Tracked our labor and sales. It was nice to have but the price is very high for what it does

Aspetti negativi:

They didnt tell me our bill was renewing and just charged our business. There where no reminders

Commenti: I really appreciate the way this software works. I like that other managers can look at shifts before they are published, and we can work together. My team is in constant communication using the app and I am able to assist whit what they need.

7Shifts makes it easy to schedule my team and communicate with them. The app helps make sure they are plugged in and know their schedule. They are able to let me know their needs. The app is great for the team to stay in touch.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like that I cannot set the shift times and have them stay the same. 7Shifts can have lags that are inconvenient, but it does come through.

Great service for a medium sized company!

This system is great for a medium sized business. We are growing and hiring more and more team members and the ease to add new members to the team is great. The ability to have several managers use the system is great too.

The note section for staff for what is going on that day could have the ability to be more detailed maybe by the time of the day if you have several things going on that day.

The ability to mange multiple schedules. Distribute it easily. Communicate with the team. View sales and sale comparisons. Save daily logs.

Aspetti negativi:

Not fully integrated with POS so that we could pull individual employee sales or receipts or see PMIX reports.

Commenti: I give them an A+. I've needed phone support in the past and they've always been very professional and super helpful.

From the ease of publishing weekly schedules to employees being responsible for covering their own shifts when needed or scheduling their own time off and/or sick pay is a game changer. No more manual processes. I especially love the messaging system. I can blast the entire company or certain teams or just the employee when needed. It tracks conversations and allows employees to answer. No need for multiple apps...

Good Scheduling Software

The software works well for scheduling, time off requests & approvals.

Aspetti negativi:

The availability doesn't allow for every other week. Manys employees have split households & need every other week availability based on custody schedules. We have recommended this enhancement multiple times, however we haven't seen any movement with this. In addition, the shift pool notifications don't always work & a resolution hasn't been reached on this. This is critical for our business & getting shifts covered.

Easy to use for even non-tech savvy employees with an added time clock as a bonus feature

Commenti: Overall a very consistence experience with no glitches. Notifications of new schedules were received promptly, time clock feature integrated with main app to account for and track work hours. Happy with functionality and ease of use of 7shifts

Ease of use and navigation for employees. Also really liked the integrated time clock feature.

Aspetti negativi:

No cons noticed while using 7shifts. One challenge was having to use one workplace device for staff to clock-in, which at times would not be plugged in and the device would die. It would have been nice to integrate clock-in feature so employees could use time clock on their own devices. This may exist as a feature now though.

Commenti: I've really enjoyed using this app. Out of all the apps we use for running our restaurant it is the one I've never had an issue with. Easy to use and our staff really enjoy it as well. Also easy to navigate from desktop to app.

7 shifts make scheduling super easy! As a small restaurant with a small team I enjoy the template function that they have for you to use when scheduling week to week. It allows you to use the same schedule from the week before (or any week) to use for that weeks schedule. We have set schedules so this works well for us and makes scheduling super easy! Additionally the announcements and direct messaging features of 7shifts allows us to get important information to our team quickly.

Sometimes it feels like the interface is a little busy for my liking but other than that I haven't had any issues with the app.
