Setting up surveys is clunky and takes a lot longer than through MS forms which is what we have used previously. The surveys don't look very professional either- they look quite outdated and presentation could be improved greatly > > We are still in the first few weeks since going live and the team are still getting used to the system. Implementation has taken longer than I had anticipated but I hadn't had any previous experience of such implementation.
