It's great for promoting our programs, events, and other information we need to get out to our community. It's also been a great addition to our After Care program which has different rates for the amount of days registered. They have a difficult time completing the check out process and we end up getting a lot of phone calls. We suggest they use a computer, and once they do, everything works fine. If MyRec had a mobile app that allowed parents to register easily, view upcoming information, and see their programs at a glance, that would be the icing on top of the cake. > > We have had a great experience with MyRec so far. Parents and ourselves have appreciated the convenience and ease of it. Anytime we've had a question about something and called, everyone who we've spoken to has been more than helpful.
