> **Inconvenienti**: Some things that should be part of the system are not getting updated. In particular I have been asking for  a link on Mobile Crew to the Maintenance file so that Un billlable hours can be applied to equipment or any other item when the crew is not working.

> A complete picture of my operation. The 'costing' system is awesome. If you know your breakeven point the costing system will show you instantly where you are financially.

> I enjoyed using it for the 4 years I was at my previous company, where I now use Jobber. I enjoy Jobber as well, they both have features that I prefer.

> **Vantaggi**: Pricing seems to be competitive compared to other systems. However it does create a lot of issues so it could be a case of getting what you pay for. The customer service is okay and tries to help but I feel the system limits them from finding solutions.

> **Inconvenienti**: There are a lot of glitches. This happens when you are updating hours. There have been multiple times I had to input pricing and hours over 5 times until it finally registered. It is not the most user friendly system. Their measuring tool imagery is also not the most up to date and does not allow you to toggle to winter months to see under tree coverage.

> **Inconvenienti**: We have a love/hate with the amount of updates, and new uses that they release.  They seem to upgrade the program every couple of months.

> The customer service is exceptional.  They are all very helpful, just what you want in a software company.  If you've ever had a bad experience with a software company, you know what I'm talking about\!
