Great Software Program

Commenti: Atlas is great, just don't make any mistakes, because it will take a LOT of time to correct it

Schedule book is really fantastic in it's ability to easily move appointments around, do multiple visit scheduling,as well as deleting multi visits at one time, scheduling appointments on the fly from the patient data card. Aside from the ability to change the width of the columns, I think the schedule book is the absolute best scheduler I have seen. Although it does lack a mobile phone app to schedule patients while away from the clinic on the go. That would be great instead of telling patients you will have to call them back once you return to the clinic

Aspetti negativi:

If you make a mistake it lacks the ability to correct it easily like a computer should do. Unfortunately it may require hours and hours of extra work, where a macro or script would be able to correct it in minutes or seconds.

Atlas has helped my office grow from 200 to 400 patient visits per week with its efficiency.

Aspetti positivi:

The software is loaded with multiple features like: free email appointment reminders, and CA-to-Dr message system, it can notify patients when it's their turn for an adjustment, and it has an amazing tracking system to help you keep track of patients who have missed appointments. The software is easy to learn how to use, and it has made my team much more efficient and has allowed them to be able to focus on our patients.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing that needs to improve with the software is the lack of HTML email capability. It does have an email system with which you can email your patients, but you cannot embed pictures or videos.

Good software, but needs an update

Aspetti positivi:

It was easy to input notes due to macros and touch screen capabilities.

Aspetti negativi:

Would be better if you could bill insurance easier without having to create a totally different profile for the same person or at least enable an easy duplication of someone’s file. The software’s ability for patients to book their own appointments and for the users of the platform to access through a mobile friendly option can be found in similar products. Lastly, for patient communication, 2-way texting with patients would enable ease of use for our team.

Hi Dr. Sam, Thanks for leaving us a review! Our Auto Renew feature if turned on will duplicate the coverage plan on the next transaction after the set renewal date. We will be upgrading our online booking in the near future to allow for a few requested updates however its currently functional on mobile! We also have our new Atlas Conversations feature that came out back in October that includes two way texting, reviews, automated campaigns, blasts and more! Take care, Atlas

Atlas is great for setting up and organizing patients as well as with any follow up or advertising.

Commenti: I liked the added advertising and help to send patients videos and emails on health related issues.

For the most part, once an employee gets used to Atlas, it is easy to use, straight forward and makes sense. There is often more than one way to register information or get to the information that is needed. Atlas help line is great and it staff knows the programming inside and out. The staff are friendly and understanding. Great when used in the manner and function that it was intended. It is helpful beyond booking appointments.

Atlas has all the big important functions covered however the program misses out on some of the minor details for the day to day function in the clinic. For instance, having x-rays and reports at the doctors' fingertips is great but I was unable to email a colleague at another clinic an x-ray. Another example is that patient statements are quite detailed and easy to track but it is hard to separate items and payments from different providers on the same day or pull specific items from a time range for an insurance company. This is often asked for by patients who are looking to separate healthcare products that aren't covered by insurance with items that are.

A massive hidden advantage for UK Chiropractors

Commenti: I am responsible for the IT networks at a chiropractic clinic in Ipswich, UK. This software has allowed the practice to increase ability to service patients without the increase in burden of paperwork.

Aspetti positivi:

A total paperless solutions and allows the practice to increase patient volumes without increasing the admin associated. Tech support is exceptional with their ability to remote login and configure multiple PC's in one instance. The atlas support team have offered us various advice to upgrade the setup to ensure our IT infrastructure stays abreast of software changes.

Aspetti negativi:

The practice setup requires an in-house server. If there was a way to have cloud facility that would be great in times of local issues. The interface has remained largely static in the last ten years. Maybe its time to upgrade it.

The only thing I disliked was the price of the add-ons. Buying the key swipers and terminal would be very costly.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to review Atlas! What most doc's do is pass the $2 cost of the card or fob onto the patient as a deposit. If the patient ever quits care the could turn the card or fob back in and you can reprogram it to another patient. Doing this will make the kiosk feature a free feature for you to utilize.

Best software for a cash practice

Commenti: We've been using Atlas in our office for 7+ years. Prior to finding Atlas we switched software companies every couple years. Our office is mostly a cash practice. Atlas allows us to have self-pay care plans and we can easily submit insurance forms for the patient. We have an open adjusting area with 3 tables. The Atlas calling module directs patients to the open table right over the music in the office. I simply walk from table to table to adjust. Patient x-rays are displayed on the Virtual Travel Card from the 23" touchscreen monitor and my SOAP notes are done when the patient gets up from the table. I love it or I wouldn't be using it this long. One more thing: your software will ultimately determine the efficiency of your office-choose wisely whether it's Atlas or something else.

Good value, great support

Commenti: I'very been in practice for 6 years and have used a variety of EHR systems, including ChiroTouch and EZ Biz. Based on experience with these other systems, I would recommend Atlas to anyone interested in streamlining their office and eliminating paper. No system is perfect, but Atlas seems to truly listen to feedback and develop technology into their program that further promotesouth ease of use. They held hand through the initial implementation process and I've never had to wait long to speak with a service rep. I've recommended Atlas to colleagues and have actually had 2 recent colleagues integrate Atlas into their offices with good feedback.

After investing time into the initial setup, speed want ease of use is great

Initial setup can be a very time consuming process, but same goes with any new system. Nothing is going to be a perfect solution for every office 'out of the box'

Our favorite features are the safety net, the automatic text reminders, and the quick SOAP notes. All three of those are saving time and money for us.

Aspetti negativi:

One of the few things that I don't like is that there isn't more customization on the receipts. I'd like to add logos and clean them up a bit.

I love the sign in feature, it helps the office to run smoothly, the email reminders, appointment list.

Aspetti negativi:

It can be quite slow to load, I wish there was a different view for the day sheet rather than just hide/reveal. Maybe change the color of the appointment when arrived. Also would be great if you didn't have to find the client first then book appointment.

What I like most about the software is how much it has to offer from marketing, educational videos, billing/ insurance billing, email reminders. It is nice to have a program that does it all. The billing is straight forward and easy to use. I also really like the Safety Net which helps track patients who have not booked.

Experienced tech team to support IT dummies. Educational, and very helpful with different clinic layouts, also provide useful advice. Chiropractic focused software.

There was some miscommunication, and misunderstanding with patient information disclosure, it was resolved and settled. Despite some errors, this is still great software, anyone wanting a high flow practice, please don’t hesitate to consider Atlas software.

Dr. Cheung, Atlas can be used on IPAD's and MAC's for soap notes and exams. If you want to run the scheduling,billing and reporting screen on a MAC you would have to run a parallel program. There is a full set of video's and an online manual to assist in training that can be used anytime. We can always setup extra training outside of normal support hours if requested. It looks like you've only done 1 training time and not spent time setting your system up or gone live yet. We are happy to help, please contact our support team.

Commenti: Having started a brand new Chiropractic practice we knew that it was essential to have the most organised and smartest Chiropractic Software to help us maintain and reflect the contemporary image we were hoping to create when educating and attracting new patrons to our practice. Atlas represented all of those and more. Not only does it keep track of our patrons, those that might fall out of care but most importantly those that attend for life enhancing care, it also allows our Chiropractors to keep essential notes of every visit but also supports my during my daily/monthly account entries.
As products are changing and evolving all the time, we appreciate Atlas is too. Just now they have improved their service with introducing tablet screen frames, so Atlas can be portable. Going forward, we are still finding many more features that Atlas has/can operate and have put forward suggestions to introduce some new functions for the future. This can sometimes take time to implement which is only our challenging part but do feel that they always try to listen and support us at times where we need it.

It takes a little adapting - but then it ROCKS!

Commenti: I met the developer years ago in early Atlas stages - and knew then it would be something for my future practice. I finally bit the bullet when I discovered the costs was EQUAL to my budget for other software and unnecessary association fees. The first week was HARSH - LOADS of intricate features and setup, but THEN, after getting the core setup in place, this program does more than I can even use if for... so far :-) I LOVE the system, it's constant strive for improvement and enhancing, and I show and tell all of my colleagues about it. Still using paper? Used to habitual ways? This won't be an easy step - but MAN, it becomes YOUR system, personalized to your practice and practice style. Love it!

The price seemed like a good deal. During the sales demo, I was shown the highlights. It wasn't until training that I realized the limitations of the product.

Aspetti negativi:

This software was not easy to use, but the customer service was the worst part. At one point during a remote training, the guy said, "why did you even buy this software?" I knew then that it was not the right product for my office. We never implemented the software into the practice. I told the sales staff right away that it wasn't a good fit for us, but dealing with them after that was a nightmare. I felt disrespected and belittled by their communication.
