There's almost no learning curve, which is rare for a collaboration tool. The templates are also genuinely useful. Not just filler actual ready-to-go boards for things like retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, or roadmap planning that you can just pick up and run with. Feels like some things that should just be included are locked behind higher tiers. And honestly? Sometimes the amount of options and templates can be a little overwhelming. You open it up to do something simple and suddenly you're spending 20 minutes just picking a board layout. First world problem, I know but still.
