> **Vantaggi**: We have been using Advantage Route for over 10 years, and it is such a robust program. It makes scheduling deliveries a breeze. Their knowledge base makes it easy to use, with step-by-step instructions on most things. The interface is easy to use, and they also have an additional web-based app or login for customers, making it easy to set up an online storefront.

> **Inconvenienti**: The customer support ticket system sometimes loses responses, delaying customer support. Typically, when you call customer support, 99% of the time you are always greeted by someone, which is rare these days. However, when calling tech support, you are not speaking to a technician, so some questions cannot be answered immediately. &#10;The driver app is only available for Androids.

> Overall, I enjoy working and using RMA. It offers great reports, easy to use interface, inventory management, truck management, customer interface, it does have a lot of great qualities. We look forward to continuing to use RMA for all of our needs.

> **Vantaggi**: The knowledge base is very helpful and the we love to use the ability to send emails to customers from their customer account. Customer service communication is usually good.

> **Inconvenienti**: The knowledge base access has changed. The software is clunky, very 1990s vibes. Can be difficult to work with, slow and not much automation. Customers cannot reply to messages we send from their customer account - if we send a general message. This has resulted in more work for us to cc an employee and create an email signature asking the customer not to reply to the “admin@routetools” address that the customer receives the message from us. Knowledge base is dated and finding an article that seems relevant may be dated even 1 year prior, and with updates, the article is no longer relevant. This results in submitting a question to the support team - which is billed and costs us money. There also have been sync issues between ARS and QBO on multiple occasions.

> Overall, ARS customer support gets back to us when we use the support team and create new tickets. The knowledge base is a helpful resource when we find an article that is relevant. The software is clunky and ARS seems to prefer to have manual optimization for routes and customers instead of allowing for automated optimization- which could save us time\! We spend lots of time sending delivery notices, manually changing schedules and responding to customer requests - in addition to needing to optimize the route every time there is a change.

> **Vantaggi**: We've been a customer since 2009 so there's a great amount of familiarity and comfort with their system.  The program is easy to use and allows for reasonable customization to suit our needs.  Customer service, in general, is knowledgeable and friendly.

> **Inconvenienti**: Communication is lackadaisical with occasional lack of follow-through.  Some support issues are handled right away, others linger unless pressed.  Usually in line with degree of severity.  So, while major bugs or issues are addressed in a timely manner, things like assistance with program features will stagnate.&#10;&#10;Billing makes you feel nickel and dimed. I can appreciate Al a Carte pricing (main program, mapping licenses, handheld licenses, etc.) to try and keep costs to what you're actually using, but it feels like features that used to be included are now held behind higher service tiers or supplemental packages.  Also, after their recent merger, their billing polices are almost adversarial.  EG: 5% charge for not setting up auto-pay, invoices used to be sent NET30, now they're sent due upon receipt.  While these may be justified business practices, they certainly are not customer-friendly.

> For over 15 years we've used their program with no notable complaints.  Overall, I feel like I get what I pay for.  I've shopped other programs over the years but none have offered enough improved features or savings to illicit change.

> User-friendly \&amp; easy to navigate. One of the very few programs that can sync with our finance program. Despite the time difference, the support crew are always prompt with replies \&amp; very helpful in getting any issues sorted.
