Zenoti Onboarding Team
Commenti: [sensitive content hidden] were an absolute pleasure to work alongside for the entire four weeks prior to our 'go live' date in clinic. They are incredibly knowledgeable and I would not have been able to complete this process without them.

I would not use the software there’s a 50% chance they will not onboard you

At my second location they Will not onboard us despite we’re paying for the software for two months and despite I’ve emailed them and called them several times over the course of the last month with no response. I keep getting a promise of a response from the chat advisors but no one actually calls me. I have money in the system because I learned how to do the basics from my other store and I can’t get the money out because they won’t onboard you. You can’t put in your own bank information they have to do it. I can’t believe how many different people I’ve called and emailed and chatted with over the last month and no one will call me back just promises .

In AR, I met with someone a couple times, but I didn't stick with them because I felt like they didn't care. [sensitive content hidden] cares. He's amazing. He knows me, my staff, and that's how you keep customers.. you need more people like [sensitive content hidden] in the company. He's the face. And [sensitive content hidden] is amazing too.. she was more behind the scenes helping but I'm grateful for THEM as a team. I wouldn't be live without them. We all know that. I would like to be able to upload PDF files into my treatment form areas. The charting interface of Zenoti is much more difficult than AR -- I used to be able to label where all my tox went on a face and in Zenoti that's not feasible. I would like a better charting of the face so I can be sure tox/filler is placed in the correct places.

Exceptional Onboarding and User-Friendly Software Experience
Commenti: Overall, our experience has been excellent. The onboarding team has been exceptionally helpful—kind, patient, and friendly throughout the process. We've never felt that our questions or learning curve were burdensome or dismissed. Additionally, the training videos on their university platform are thorough and informative. The software itself is intuitive, logical, and user-friendly.

We're impressed with everything so far! The onboarding process is highly organized and clearly mapped out. This is our third software investment for our med spa, and we've finally found an all-inclusive program that meets our expectations.

Commenti: Zenoti transition was a big one for our practice, but we appreciate the many resources that Zenoti has available for us to customize to our needs. Any questions or concerns or reconfigurations we needed to work through to create a better process for our practice was addressed, coached and worked through by the team we were working with.

I can't express enough how much appreciation I have for our project management and onboarding team. We worked with project manager [sensitive content hidden] on the onboarding and transformation end and they have been so incredible from day one through the entire transition.

We had some hiccups throughout the process and some miscommunication issues when signing on, but the project management team worked with us through all of our issues and concerns.
Highly recommend Zenoti
Commenti: We have 3 locations and Zenoti was so patient with us so that we could go live with each location at separate times allowing us to focus on the training for each set of employees. Zenoti made it so easy for us to integrate this software. We were able to work directly with them as they understood what we needed and how our business and previous memberships ran in the past. It made our transition seamless while providing the one on one care we needed at the time. The response time has been exceptional. Whenever we had questions, [sensitive content hidden] or someone from his team was there to help us work through the issue. Highly recommend.

Zenoti has so many great features! It makes our daily tasks so much easier with all of the information we need at our fingertips. We have had better success with our online booking than we did with our legacy system. We have certainly had an increase in appointments. I love that the schedule layout can be viewed multiple ways as well! Having the texting capabilities has been so helpful. Commenti: Great so far. We continue to evolve and Zenoti is able to match up with us.

There are so many features that you really need to be aware of what you need or want. They do a great job with your customer suppport through the CSM to make sure you are getting full use of your capabilities that you purchase. I like that they are responsive to my requests and the software changes often. My old scheduling suite had not changed anything in years.
Aspetti negativi:
Zenoti is on the high side of pricing but you get what you pay for. It is very capable and will grow with you. Also, I would like a few more protections for business owners as far as not showing your employees all the information about your business. They ZMA and MyZen apps really push the boundaries of what I'm comfortable sharing in a super competitve business field.

Ease of Use and Customization

Zenoti offers a variety of services that is a step up from competitive software. Reporting capabilities are extensive, with a variety of customization available. Packages, memberships, and loyalty programs are easily accessible. The system is incredibly smart and offers an all-in-one marketing, charting, booking, reporting, and more solutions. The customer service is amazing, the live chat support can take a few minutes to respond, but the integration team and weekly live sessions are a big help. The system can be overwhelming when you first start but has a lot to offer.
Aspetti negativi:
The implementation is very lengthy and there a lot of hiccups to get through in the first few stages. However, the implementation team is very patient and understanding and got us through it easily. It is a very complex system and may be intimating at first use.

Commenti: I have been thoroughly impressed with my company's Zenoti implementation process, led by [sensitive content hidden]. I was sincerely overwhelmed by the breadth and depth of upgrading from my Acuity-Zapier app patchwork to the comprehensive Zenoti solution. [sensitive content hidden] parsed and paced my deliverables with patience and intelligence. Their conceptual and technical expertise was most welcome and often inspiring as they performed seeming hat-tricks to reproduce my company's tailored membership programs, discount conditions and patient workflows. In moments when I was frustrated or confused, they were reassuring and quick to find workaround solutions for me. Software is only as good as its support. And for someone who has managed health care related information systems for over 20 years, this Zenoti team featuring [sensitive content hidden] blazed an unparalleled, superlative standard in both in terms of their effectiveness and friendliness. Worth the Pain
Commenti: The work of exporting data from old programs and restructuring for Zenoti was extensive. However their support team was generally excellent to work with. Almost one year in, we find occasional hiccups but can typically find a solution or workaround.

After evaluating several medical spa management software programs, I ultimately recommended Zenoti to our team. It covered the widest array of features required in order for them to move from 4-5 separate programs into one single platform.

Zenoti Implantation
Commenti: We recently made the switch to Zenoti from our previous software, and we couldn't be more excited about the potential it offers for our medspa. While there has been a learning curve, I'm gradually becoming more comfortable with Zenoti and highly recommend it to others.

Worth the Effort
Aspetti positivi:
Zenoti is a great all in one platform. It has a sleek appearance and is fairly easy to use. It includes features for inventory management, payroll, text confirmations, EMR, and so much more.
Aspetti negativi:
We have a large client base and transitiong has not been the easiest. Much of our data had to be saved by us manually and learning from the system from an administrative role has been a learning curve. The amount of features available has been a bit overwhelming but the support we receive has been immensely helpful. [sensitive content hidden] were super supportive through the long implementaion process and [sensitive content hidden] has been a big help in continuing support and ensuring ease of use.

Onboarding with Zenoti
Commenti: Overall, I am pleased with our decision to utilize Zenoti. It is by far the most advanced software I have found from a reporting and financial standpoint as well as infinite customization. That customization definitely comes at a time cost in terms of setup, but I think will be well worth it in the end.

Zenoti is a pretty powerful piece of software that met all of our expectations and needs from an operations and accounting standpoint - and then some. We are still in the very early stages so are still learning to use some of the features and functionality - but I will say that I have been part of several software onboardings/rollouts with EMRs/practice management solutions, and I can genuinely say that I have not experienced a more helpful, prompt, and just all around wonderful team than the one we had with Zenoti. [sensitive content hidden] and [sensitive content hidden] were amazingly responsive and had great questions and feedback that helped us set the system up the way we needed.

While Zenoti really excels in reporting and customization options, there are some aspects of the clinical usage that could be a bit more robust, and I would love to see an integration with Alle or other rewards programs! It's also not the most intuitive system to use/learn - but I have not worked with any software that has as many guides as Zenoti that show step by step how to do something. They also have weekly in-person trainings and Q+A for all users, I have attended one so far and found it incredibly helpful. So training and guidance is readily available after onboarding, which really helps with the less intuitive aspects.
Face Studio

Zenoti helps our business stay functioning with the appropriate forms, patient profile, online booking options for the clients, as well as an awesome support team to help navigate through the software with additional changes and needs.

its not easy to add certain items or promotional things on your own. there is usually quite a few steps to take to create one task

Zenoti On Boarding
Aspetti positivi:
We went Live with Zenoti July 2024. The Zenoti implementation and data transfer team was patient, responsive and dedicated to getting our practice up and running. [sensitive content hidden], the main project contacts, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I greatly appreciated their willingness to assist and ensure we were satisfied with the experience.
Aspetti negativi:
While we have only been Live a couple months I am finding some pitfalls. One main issue was with the transfer of data into a patient gallery. There is no way to create folders by year within the gallery. There is a lot of updates Zenoti could make to improve gallery functions/ease of use/finding information.
Gaslighting on Tap
Commenti: It's not a bad system if you just need the absolute basics, and if you are the kind of person who just accepts everything and never dreams of calling customer service to ask for better functionality. And if you're not color blind. But if you're the kind of person who knows that you deserve excellence and responsiveness in exchange for your hard-earned money, go elsewhere.

It has a catchy name, and it usually keeps accurate track of client appointments.

If you ever have an issue with the app, customer support's first line of defense is to gaslight you and claim that your problem isn't really a problem. They just rolled out their Version 2, and it's a disaster. The new color scheme for the appointment blocks are so muted, you can't see by color change when a client checks in. When I contacted their customer support to report the problems we're having, I was told, "I assure you, the colors have not changed." Fortunately, we have not updated all of our devices (our entire front desk staff revolted and refuses to run the V2 update), so I could take a photo of the before and after color schemes. I replied, "And I assure you, the colors have absolutely changed, and they are almost useless now." We have also had issues with the appointment screens on linked devices not automatically updating when an appointment is checked in, and a client form that is only accessible by a round-about back-door process instead of the big "Client Form" button that should bring it up. When I reported the client form issue, I was given instructions on how to change the form's status so it could be updated. Unfortunately, none of our IDs, not even our studio owner's ID, has access to the Admin section required to change the form. When I told them we didn't have access, their first reply was again, "Yes, you do." I sent them screenshots of our owner's Admin dashboard, and the necessary icon was not there. I have yet to get a reply.
