It is very useful that the app doesn't need wifi to run so sales people can use it while they are actually out on sales calls. I would change where if you viewed a piece of content and then went back to the previous page, you would be in the same spot on the page. Currently, it sends you to the top of the page you are on. Finally, Communicate integrates with our existing systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot. > > **Inconvenienti**: There's not much, but if I would have to give two improvements: the tracking could be improved, e.g. tracking more precisely the document views on the recipient side, rather than a simple 'open' tracking.
