INTUITIVO E COMPLETO
Aspetti positivi:
La creazione e la successiva gestione dei documenti (contratti preventivi ecc) è davvero semplice e intuitiva. Anche la firma digitale funziona molto bene.

Allo stato nulla da segnalare. Non ho riscontrato difetti degni di nota.

Aspetti positivi:
Per me PandaDoc rappresenta il software definitivo: contiene tutte le opzioni base proposte nei soliti programmi di questo genere, e grazie ad opzioni aggiuntive e alla sua interfaccia user-friendly riesce ad essere alla portata di tutti, persino di chi non ha troppa dimestichezza con il computer. La firma digitale è veramente semplice e pulita.
Aspetti negativi:
Onestamente mi sono sempre trovata bene, ritengo (in base alla mia esperienza) sia un software ben fatto.

Uso PandaDoc da molto tempo ormai, e devo dire che mi ci trovo egregiamente ed è un software che consiglio di cuore, non solo per la semplicità d'esecuzione ma anche per le molteplici opzioni offerte.

PandaDoc si distingue per la sua grafica che rende meno confusionale l'utilizzo del software stesso, cosa che con altri software simili mi è capitata... E' molto aggiornato in termini di funzioni e posso fare un sacco di operazioni in pochissimi click, rendendo il documento elegante e preciso.
Aspetti negativi:
Onestamente PandaDoc è il mio nuovo software preferito di quest'ultimo periodo, ancora non ho riscontrato problemi particolari degni di nota.

PandaDoc è un software semplice da utilizzare; le sue molteplici funzioni sono utili in ogni foglio di lavoro, e la semplicità dell'interfaccia lo rende accessibile a tutti!

Credo che un'opzione per rendere il programma in modalità grafica notturna sarebbe ottima per chi lavora la sera, ma per il resto mi ci sono sempre trovata egregiamente!

Per me PandaDoc è un software obbligatorio , mi permette di eseguire facilmente dal mio computer la creazione/modifica dei documenti, firme digitali e molto altro. Considerate che utilizzo computer con sistemi operativi obsoleti (w7, w8), e funziona perfettamente anche lì. ottimo

All'inizio faticavo a trovare alcuni tasti che su altri software sono più ovvi.. ma basta la pratica, è una piccola sciocchezza!

Ho avuto la possibilità di provare PandaDoc tramite un dispositivo non mio, e devo dire che sono rimasta contenta della semplicità del programma; lo avevo sottovalutato moltissimo.

Avendolo usato non troppo spesso, non ho ancora incontrato un lato negativo del programma.. ma sembra affidabile.

Commenti: There is only one word to describe our experience with PandaDoc and that is exceptional. It has made it so easy for us to create and take charge of our documents all from a single platform. Its ease of use makes it really quick for us to create any kind of document that we are in need of.

The user interface is very clean and I have liked how PandaDoc makes it easy to create and edit any kind of document. PandaDoc offers premium features like e-signature that ease our work of signing documents. It has a document tracking function that allow us to monitor how and where each and every document we have is being used. It has a secure and fast file sharing tool that help us to share documents safely without loosing any of their data.

PandaDoc could not have been any better than it already is. No part of it that is disliked.

Commenti: I tried PandaDoc for a while creating terms of agreement documents and sending them out for signatures. I had to watch a handful of tutorials to figure it all out and ultimately found a lighter weight and cheaper alternative.

I loved PandaDoc's comprehensive and user-friendly interface the most as the Director of ICT Operations since it greatly expedites the workflow and document management operations. For handling contracts, proposals, and other business papers, PandaDoc offers an easy-to-use interface that smoothly interacts with a variety of CRM systems. This makes the platform highly effective. Because this integration feature makes sure that all of our business and sales processes are in sync, managing documents manually requires less work overall, increasing team productivity.

The mobile experience for PandaDoc may also need some work. Although mobile devices can access the platform, the desktop version's user experience is more responsive and intuitive than that of the mobile version. Commenti: The experience with PandaDoc has turned to be a greater one than we had anticipated. It has made document creation and management become a lesser labour intensive task. PandaDoc allows us to create documents so easily and quickly. Moreso, its fantastic security tools has been making sure that our sensitive information remain safe.

PandaDoc is a very flexible product and has been easy to customize to fit the needs at hand for creating specific documents. It has delighted us with its superior data safety functions that has been keeping our sensitive documents and information safe when working on them and sharing them. PandaDoc has an inbuilt e-signing feature that has made it easy to add signatures to documents without having to first print them. It provide us with audit trails that help track all the documents access activities to ensure no unauthorized access is permitted.

PandaDoc has stayed true to the course giving us no troubles at all. We have not experienced any cons yet.

In just a few minutes, my sales reps can build a pricing table, draft a business case, add testimonials, and include signature blocks. Once the document is ready, it's essential for our workflow to include the PandaDoc approval process, ensuring that sales reps get managers approval before each quote is sent out.
Aspetti negativi:
We no longer use the templates. Instead, we customize each contract for our clients directly in Google Docs. As a result, the template feature isn't useful for us. Once a document is in PandaDoc, it can't be edited, and if we spot errors like incorrect dates or names, we have to delete the document and start from scratch.

The ability to use professional templates with ease and send out Client Agreements for review and completion has been extremely helpful. This has replaced a very clunky process of updating a word document and sending as PDF etc. Having a web based product, including an app has allowed our lawyers and sales team the ability to important and timely steps!

We have been quite happy with PandaDoc, including all of the regular product update sessions. They appear to listen to their clients and implement positive changes.

Can we not open two documents at the same time to allow copies ? 2-the tables are not so easy to modify: some troubles using the format "EURxxx" or sometimes it is "€xxx" 3-import an image must go through a file, not allowed directly using a screenshot

Commenti: PandaDoc was a fantastic addition to our tech stack after a pretty poor experience with Docusign. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers.

PandaDoc enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training.
Aspetti negativi:
The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations.

The best for multi-signature contracts
Commenti: Overall PandaDoc saves us several hours a week creating detailed contracts; it integrates with our entire sales tech stack and I can’t recommend it enough.
Aspetti positivi:
Panda doc is super easy to set up and customise. The template creation process is also simple and they have lots of ready-to-use templates too. It makes getting signatures from multiple stakeholders easy and the integrations we’ve set up mean we can very quickly generate contracts from our Deals in Pipedrive
Aspetti negativi:
I’ve not seen anything I don’t like or any limitations of PandaDoc compared to other digital signature/document management tools I’ve used.

The thing I like the most about PandaDoc is its integration capabilities with our CRMs. We're able to access customer contract information across multiple platforms and report on this data.

The thing I liked the least about PandaDoc is the limitations on the roles I can assign to users. I'd like for certain users to only view certain documents but, at least for now, couldn't find a way to do so.

PandaDoc - documents powerhouse
Commenti: PandaDoc helped us go paperless with all our documents, makes managing all the documents and signatures easy to track, send and receive. PandaDoc is saving us a lot of time with printing and scanning documents.

To be straightforward PandaDoc is easy to use due to its nice and intuitive design and makes all my document easy to manage. I really like it the options to integrate with a lot of payments gateway and CRM. Another thing I want to mention is the responsives and very helpful support team.
