MDM ManageEngine nella TeleMedicina

Commenti: MDM Manage Engine è uno strumento indispensabile per gestire gli smartphone che costituiscono gli HUB dei nostri sistemi di TeleMedicina. Con MDM possiamo proteggere gli smartphone consentendo di utilizzare esclusivamente la nostra applicazione che è certificata come dispositivo medico in classe IIa. Grazie ad MDM abbiamo potuto infatti conseguire questa importante certificazione ed ora i nostri KIT di TeleMonitoraggio ogni giorno consentono di monitorare lo stato di salute di centinaia di Pazienti in Italia sia presso il loro domicilio che presso gli Ospedali più importanti. Anche durante la pandemia i nostri HUB Smartphone con MDM sono stati a fianco degli Infermieri in prima linea nella lotta contro il COVID.

Gestione degli smartphone molto efficiente, sicura ed evoluta. Possibilità di "blindare" le APP.

Aspetti negativi:

Nulla. Le poche volte che abbiamo individuato dei problemi sono stati risolti in pochi giorni

Sto provando le funzionalita' del MDM di ManageEngine in versione cloud (SaaS) avendo avuto in passato del training su soluzioni di altri produttori. Trovo che l'interfaccia sia semplice ed intuitiva , il processo di enrollment pratico ed anche la gestione ed il deploy delle App molto intuitivo. in effetti pero' 30gg per comprendere tutte le potenzialita' sono forse pochi anche perche' per l'attivita di lavoro quotidiane non riesco a dedicare tempo sufficiente. rimane comunque un forte interesse che sto trasmettendo al mgmt per il processo di acquisizione

Abbiamo trovato il software molto completo e di facile deply. La funzionalità di configurazione Ou-Of-The-Box su Android ci ha salvato la vita.

A great MDM - Worth the move from our MS product

The settings and abilities are, so far, lightyears beyond what Intune was able to do, in terms of locking down devices and making them both more manageable and more secure.

Aspetti negativi:

Importing devices from one MDM to this new platform is a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive, however their Support team, who was available by chat right on the same screen, was a huge boon and was ready with screenshots and clear directions.

Superb Customer Service Experience with Manage Engine

Commenti: Manage Engine's customer service is among the best I have ever encountered. Every team member has understood my request and answered my questions promptly, or identified a team member who can. The product is extremely easy to deploy and use.

First, it's simplicity. It took minutes to setup the service on the first device, and only a few hours to learn the system well enough to develop policies for use in our business.

Aspetti negativi:

There were a few occasions where I had to contact customer service to explain an issue I thought could be found in the documentation, but wasn't. But the customer service team is excellent, so this was less of a problem than it could have been.

Review of MDM

Aspetti positivi:

Policies Easy to create, App Management is ok, Deprovisions easy to do, option to remove pins and reset codes, reporting was good

Aspetti negativi:

cant do updates to test groups, updates were pushed to all phones, looping Auto deployment had issues with users, had to manually do every phone, Support really unhelpful always going in circles and constantly getting fed up

Commenti: The overall experience has been positive. Being able to manage devices by creating policies that promotes end-user compliance with company best practices ensure sensitive data is more secure and limits breach from an unauthorize user.

Aspetti positivi:

For a small business it with less that 25 mobile/portable devices it currently let us to fully manage all of them without restrictions. We are currently looking to expand as we evaluate.

Aspetti negativi:

The layout could be friendlier by better navigation. It has the appearance to be overwhelming, however you'll be able to find what you are looking for. The instructions videos did include good details however, it doesn't fully match current layout mostly due to updates.

Great tool for IT Device Management

Commenti: We just recently started evaluating ManageEngine MDM Plus and from the demo and our hand on experience, it is a great tool to add to our IT team arsenal. It allows us to manage devices on all OS. The enrollment process is easy and features are easy to use.

Commenti: We are a custom Industrial and Commercial Android tablet provider. We support our clients who use MDMs and we recommend MDMs for clients to consider.

The system guided me quickly and seamlessly through creating creating a user, its group and associated policy straight into provisioning the device with just a few minutes. Quickest setup I've ever experienced.

We deal with a number of AOSP based non GMS supported boards running any number of Android Releases between 7-12 and working with AFW/Google Enterprise has been a challenge.

I always prefer technical controls over administrative controls, which is why I highly recommend the ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager product

Commenti: Overall it's a very good platform for managing the devices and enrolling the new devices as well as managing policies. The mdm mobile app is also very intuitive to users.

Very easy to use once you get used to the platform. It's well designed and well maintained. Even adding policies is very simple to use.

Aspetti negativi:

Figuring out how to get started was a little time consuming. Especially how to upload apk, how to distribute the apk, etc. But once we understood, it became very easy.

Why I Use ManageEngine MDM

Commenti: Since the product was new to me. It did take me a little while to understand how it works. The product has been rock solid. The support that you have with a person through KB articles is phenomenal. You're always a phone call away when you need support.

Aspetti positivi:

This MDM solution provides all the bells and whistles that I need. It is also very easy to use for administration. The integration with ABM makes things so easy. Since we're an Apple shop ABM integration is a must!

Aspetti negativi:

The only con that I can think of is making sure your certificates are up to date. This is a security procedure that is extremely necessary. However, if you don't use the software often like daily or weekly. You need to make sure that your certificates for ABM don't expire on you.

Great for our Android Devices

We needed something to manage Android Tablets for our school and most of it seemed relatively easy to use. Was able to figure out a lot on my own with the guides.

Aspetti negativi:

I think the only thing that I found annoying was that support is located in a time zone behind me (I am in New Zealand), so when I work on a Monday, I don't get a support response until late Monday afternoon or evening.
