Per la nostra azienda che ha introdotto, tra le poche in Italia, il metodo Kanban questa piattaforma è un sogno. Kanban Tool, infatti, è una piattaforma online basata sul metodo Kanban per la gestione delle attività e la collaborazione del team. Gli utenti possono collaborare in tempo reale sulla stessa board, aggiornando e visualizzando le modifiche istantaneamente. La piattaforma, inoltre, offre strumenti per analizzare le prestazioni del team e del progetto attraverso metriche e report, fornendo insight sulla produttività e l'efficienza

Aspetti negativi:

Per team con esigenze particolarmente complesse, alcune funzionalità avanzate potrebbero risultare limitate rispetto ad altre soluzioni più complesse

Commenti: It is very useful software for any company and collective work. With the tables that the application has, I manage several tasks and projects at the same time. These graphs allow me to realize and monitor the performance of my colleagues.

I haven't found any disadvantages for this software. I've been using it for almost a year without any problem.

The customizability is my favorite part. Especially all the background design choices. I picked a colorful picture of succulents and made all my task colors match the plants. I enjoy looking at the board and that's nice since I look at it all day

Aspetti negativi:

I would love to be able sort by my chosen criteria and have it always sort by that but they chose to go with the traditional way a Kanban board works. I can respect that. I can still sort them by my preferred criteria so I don't mind

Early days of managing my personal "me do" backlog while I take a career break

Aspetti positivi:

For my current use, it had basic features available for free. The application was seamlessly accessible via browser and the mobile app. Must-have features worked with no issue at all.

Aspetti negativi:

For now, nothing comes to mind as I've been using the free version. I hope to access additional features in the coming weeks so that I have a better 'story' to tell about my completed stories and I can share my board with my partner.

Kanban Tool

Commenti: I've found the Kanban Tool effective for organizing our business and also my personal processes. It allows team to work on multiple boards with proper access protections. The single sign-on ensures easy authentication and login. Full control over columns, card types, and templates makes each board uniquely suited to its needs. The optional Power-Ups add useful capabilities with complete control for each board.

Aspetti positivi:

Using a Kanban Tool board greatly increases our project execution productivity and streamlines our team. This visual, easy-to-use tool is effective for managing projects and tasks, and users adapt quickly. However, having used other tools, I'm not particularly impressed with this one despite its affordability. We are still testing the product and will consider if we will use it in future.

the best tool for organization

Commenti: This year I was looking for a tool to organize all my courses, and I found this one. I really love this tool because it's very useful. I noticed that I improved considerably in organization, and I believe I can say that I obtained better grades by putting absolutely everything I had to do on it. It's a great tool for students.

Aspetti positivi:

I love the simplicity of the platform. It's very useful if you don't want to spend time figuring out how to use every tool. I really appreciate it, and I also find the aesthetics very comfortable. I organize my university courses with it, and it's very useful to put all my tasks with dates so I don't forget them.

Aspetti negativi:

There aren't many tools to change the color of the tables and the background.

Kanban for Construction

Commenti: Excellent use for a visual aid to assist with knowing where each job is at in the process.

Aspetti positivi:

The Kanban Board helps us to visualize all of our upcoming construction projects and helps give us a snapshot on what job it is, where it is, what notes we have on the job, what the anticipated start date is, etc. This has been a very valuable tool!

Aspetti negativi:

Nothing so far, I enjoy how easy it is to use and to train others.

Kanban tool improved onboarding!

This is such a fantastic tool! Things are going really great so far. I use it for my work as a Delivery Manager to organize ERP Support cases. This is so far the best Kanban software that I have ever used.

The best thing about it is the simplicity, powerful embedded features, and time logging capabilities.

Kanban Review for TCG

Commenti: My overall experience is wonderful as I use it every day. I just like the way the tool looks as well. I use it on a tab in my work software.

I have the free version and that within itself is great. Right now, we only have two people and this version come with 2 people.

Aspetti negativi:

The product is doing what we need it to do for two people, therefore, there is nothing for me not to like.

Customise to Suit

Commenti: We now have visibility and tracking on the process. KPIs are measurable. Steps and responsibilities are clear.

Aspetti positivi:

Kanban Tool has the flexibility to suit an incredibly wide range of uses. Can be used to track teamwork, process task management, or project developments, as best suits the user's needs.

Aspetti negativi:

The formatting and loading of initial information for our use, was straightforward but time consuming. It's now maintainable as part of the workflow.

I love the drag and drop feature - helps a ton with work flow management and feeling a sense of accomplishment.

I wish that the tool automatically archived tasks that were complete.

Kanban Tool is an incredibly useful tool for project management. I particularly liked its ability to visualize tasks and the progress of a project. The visual cards on the board make it easy to see which tasks have been completed, who is working on a task and what tasks are coming up in the future. I also like the ability to create custom boards and prioritize tasks. It makes it easy to clearly see the progress of a project and what needs to be done to complete it. The notifications also keep me up to date with the progress of a project which is really helpful. I also find the collaboration features easy to use and they help to keep everyone on the same page

Aspetti negativi:

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I have disliked about Kanban Tool.

The organization and ability to track Jira tickets and issues. To see where every project is at in real time with documentation.

Easy to integrate once our engineers got used to it. As we scaled, it was a challenge to move from Slack and email (old habits die hard) but this board helped us as we grew. And we grew exponentially in the past 2 years.

Pure Kanban

Commenti: We were using other systems to track our projects, we tried several and our associates didn't identify themselves with any of them, we try it all, time managers, other online tools, none worked until we found out Kanban Tool, since the beginning we fell in love with the tool, they are tracking their work better than ever before, now they don't feel pressured or intimidated by the tools is easy simple take them seconds to track their work and overall we are happy campers.

The clean and intuitive user interface, it's really easy to feed and get information from the system, the personalization is great to, having your own domain, simplifies integration with internal systems, for us security is very important because we manage sensitive projects for our customers and Kanban Tool complies with our requirements like SSO, 2FA and user roles. The customization features are great too, you can start working with the system out of the box and once you are immerse in the daily activities you can customize the system to fit your needs it has lots of options at your disposal.

Aspetti negativi:

I think small business should have high quality options to start, it would be great that the free version had at least a 4 users for free, but well I understand is a business too

The best tool for project management and task management.

Commenti: This is the best tool I can find for the task I wanted to achieve in my organization. We don't really use this as Project Management, rather we use it as Todo List for employees and the Kanban Board makes provides swimlanes which we assign to employees and they can add their tasks and prioritize them. This tool has been a great help to our daily task management.

- No option to white label - No option to add email notification if a task is added for me

Easy to start, use and at least one very important USP

Aspetti positivi:

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. But the most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far is, that you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do. Great feature! Hint: Check the PowerUps in Settings!

Aspetti negativi:

You have to take care how much Cards you pin to the board becaus it can get look overloaded fast. The missing of "EPIC" leads to use Swimlines as Epic (which works surprisingly good), but makes the board big in some cases. In General, Dependencys between the Cards can be created and Cards can be linked, but there is no visible Dependency on the Board itself (f.e. cards in cards ore somethind like that). On the other side, this is a good opportunity to not over-administrate your work ;-)

Managing daily work

Aspetti positivi:

The ability to color-code an put into customized swimlanes, gives a great overview of tasks and deadlines. The ability to take notes in tasks provides the option to have both an agile management tool and a document handling system in one place.

Aspetti negativi:

I have not found any shortcomings in my use of Kanban tool, I have reached out to the support team, as I felt I was missing a feature, and they were quick to respond and guide me to the needed solution

Great tool to disseminate and monitor team tasks

Kanban is used by many departments for tasks. We are able to track and disseminate tasks to team members and know were additional resources are needed. Very intuitive UI interface.

Aspetti negativi:

unable to sort tickets visually, search tool can be improved much more to do quick and more in depth search.

It's a great tool to improve team productivity. Whether you're in software development, sales, or marketing, it's awesome. You can easily view everyone's tasks on one board and then assign new ones, rate tasks based on difficulty and time needed, set deadlines, and more.

Aspetti negativi:

It is the best tool for project tracking and staying on task and productive. The only little complaint I have is that unless you log in, you can't easily see all the changes that have been made.
