My Tenant Cloud Experience

Commenti: It was a great experience and it was easier to communicate with our tenant through Tenant Cloud.

Aspetti positivi:

I like Tenant Cloud because it is easy to use and to manage our properties with integration to our website.

Aspetti negativi:

We normally ask our tenants to sign-in with their Tenant Cloud account however, Tenant Cloud does not immediately place "Australia" as the default country of origin. In this regard, some of our tenants have rent balances in USD instead of AUD.

Commenti: once I got use to the program with the help of customer service it was a great experience, everything worked well including the tenant apps and transfer of money from bank account to bank account

There is nothing that I dislike about this service

Disappointed but in too deep!

Commenti: I feel like I have to call every time I have to do anything, the system is so difficult and nothing flows smoothly.

The most difficult system I’ve ever used for anything…none of the steps make sense and everything seems impossible and the only answer are NO, the system doesn’t do that.

TenantCloud is a solid choice

Commenti: I have had excellent experience with the software and the staff at TenantCloud. I think they are very innovative and taking the responsibility seriously to offer the best product in the market for me.

Aspetti positivi:

Software was very easy to set up. Customer Service is very responsive and I like the ability to talk to someone live when needed vs all electronic communications. My tenants also have been able to correspond directly with TenantCloud on payment issues.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't currently have the ability to do bank reconcilations via TenantCloud, so I still need to use a bookkeeping software package to track financial information. TenantCloud is actively working on the rollout of the bank reconcilation process which will make the package a fully integrated product for my needs.

Great software for property managers

The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to track rental payments, manage maintenance requests, and communicate with tenants all in one place. The customer support team has been responsive and helpful with any questions I've had, which is a huge plus.

I think Tenant Cloud can make progress on the online payment feature, which allows tenants to pay their rent digitally.

Best value for small landlords - all in one.

Aspetti positivi:

All in one platform - payment, messaging, maintenance requests, posting listing. Incredible value for a small landlord. Really useful for recording all messages with tenants. Like also the maintenance feature for assigning service pros

Not able to message all tenants on one chain -- I think it is behind a paywall for larger landlords

Commenti: Good. I have yet to make use of all its feature. I would love to explore the accounting side.

I can't text the tenants directly from TC.

Good Value and Features

Tenant Cloud gets the job done for us

Commenti: The staff and customer service at Tenant Cloud has been great.

I like how clean the system is and easy to navigate.

The only thing thing that I can mention that I like the least is that I wish the payments could be faster. But this is not a Tenant Cloud issue, just a payment processing issue until we want to pay more for transactions or charge our residents to run transactions through their cards.

ROOF Tenant Cloud Review

Commenti: I enjoy it, and wouldn't want to go to another company even though most of the things have been changed and features are now charging more. It's safer for me to stay with Tenantcloud because I am a loyal customer to good products.

The best part about Tenantcloud is that the customer service and sales have always been personable and available. I love the fact I can have me or my clients call in and they love having live help.

Aspetti negativi:

Since the trade from Dwolla to Stripe it's been difficult having new accounting protocol and keeping track of the income and expenses in real time.

Tenant Cloud - A great platform and value

Commenti: We have recently become landlords and have properties in several different cities in Texas. We wanted a platform to be able to do everything in it from listing, leasing, payment collection, payment records (rent roll) to maintenance requests and records. Tenant Cloud provides all of these features effectively and cost effectively. We especially like the features where Tenant Cloud automatically invoices to include late payments. As your number of units grow, this system appears to be able to grow with your business and I would highly recommend the software to anyone who is just getting started or is looking for a platform that provides a turn key solution.

Tenant Cloud provides and a comprehensive platform to list your rentals, find and approve applicants, store and document your leases and agreements, track and manage all payments and receipts for tenants and expenses and to track all maintenance expenses for a property and associated equipment / fixtures. All of these features are at your finger tips online and at a great value!Tenant cloud is also available via desktop or mobile application.

Aspetti negativi:

To fully utilize the system and it's capabilities it requires some trial and error. While the training is available and well thought out, it will take a novice / newbies, some time to figure things out and get all features deployed.There is one main feature that in my opinion needs to be improved and that is the speed for payments from Tenants to be processed through to the owner's bank account. With Online payments being essentially instant these days, and all rent payments made through Tenant Cloud's portal, there should be no reason that payments to owners could not be done withing 24-48 hours at the most. Currently it takes 7 days or more to get payments released to the owner's bank account.

Great Value RMS!

Commenti: Teantcloud is an amazing RMS offering a full suit of features at a great price. The support team is extremely attentive and always works with us personally to find solutions and implement work arounds for us when permanent solutions will take time to implement insuring we never loose productivity.

Aspetti positivi:

We love the price point of Teantcloud and the features it offers, while there are definitely more “polished” RMS out there TenantCloud is an easy to use full featured program.

Aspetti negativi:

The worst part about Teantcloud is the lease builder (which they say is getting a refresh) and accounting. The lease builder is VERY clunky but as a “set and forget” type thing I understand why it’s a low priority. The second of my gripes with TenantCloud is the externally basic accounting, as my company has grown it’s just not enough anymore. Teantcloud does integrate with QuickBooks Online but as a company who uses Xero we are left with a disconnected workflow.

Couldn't run my business without it!

I like the app and that I can input expenses as they happen. I also like that I can filter by unit.

Tenant Cloud - the rental management solution

Commenti: Anytime I have had an issue they have been very prompt with their assistance. Overall, I am very happy with the software. Tenants can access their account on their phone, make payments and contact me with any issues they have. All localized to one app which makes things very nice and easy to manage.

Aspetti positivi:

I like how easy it was to setup my rentals within the tenant cloud software. Being able to access my account from my phone from anywhere is very nice. I like how easy it is to list an apartment for rental and then get the applicants directly in tenant cloud is great. Lease management and billing is very easy with tenant cloud. I have recommended it to multiple people.

Aspetti negativi:

The fees associated with payments for the tenants.

Tenant management app for even novice users

Commenti: Very good. They have solid customer service, are continually reinvesting in the product and have reasonable prices.

Aspetti positivi:

Full function small rental business capability. They do a solid job of dashboards and reporting. Provide flexibility in how you use the app to fit your specific situation.

Aspetti negativi:

in the last 18 months, they have added substantive functionality. This is great except that features do not work the same way and I have had to relearn how to do things.

TenantCloud Review

Aspetti positivi:

We issue a 5-day grace period for rental payments. On the sixth day, a daily late fee accrues. Keeping track of the late fees, over multiple properties, is challenging. TenantCloud allows late fee tracking, decreasing the risk of making an accounting / invoicing error.

Aspetti negativi:

We listed a property and received hundreds of leads. Once the property was leased, deleting the leads' information required a click on each name rather than a 'select all' option. Wrapping up the listing was more time consuming because we had to select each unique lead before deletion.

TenantCloud feedback

Commenti: I enjoy using TenantCloud. It keeps things centralized and organized for my Management business. Having this system helps me grow my business. The customer support, when issues arise, help issues get solved quickly both for me and my tenants. The big downside is the cost per month. I pay $100 per month when other apps are less expensive. I started using this application when it was significantly cheaper (free initially).

Aspetti negativi:

- Many times it takes too long to load when you are going from page to page - Stripe system takes too many days to clear rent payments to bank - You can not change the "tenants pay separate" back to "tenants pay jointly" once it is in the system - If tenant was on month to month but then you extend their lease to a one year lease at a higher rate, the system doesn't update their rent amount automatically the next month when it switches over. - It costs too much per month. I pay $100 a month for this, when other apps charge less.

Accounting Software For Real Estate / Passive Income

TenantCloud is user-friendly, low cost, & effective property management software. It allows you to manage property features, accounting, leases, listings, maintenance requests, etc. all in one place at a very affordable price. The TenantCloud team is always looking to improve the software and is very responsive to users needing assistance or users that have suggestions for improvements!

No cons to list at this time, overall I am very satisfied with TenantCloud.
