One thing I noticed was that the custom parent fields are only limited to 25 options. Another is the reporting function. While custom reports exist, there are many limitations that cause me to have to pull multiple reports and put them together instead of just doing one report. The reports don't get as granular as I need them to be sometimes. > > Overall, Greenhouse is a solid and reliable ATS that makes it much easier to manage and organize the hiring process.
