Mobile device management software for all business sizes and types
Commenti: Overall the Soti software the team and the support have been fantastic... Some companies fall off after the sale is made and here I find the ongoing support life cycle manager meets many expectations and beyond.
Aspetti positivi:
This is a fantastic tool for Small medium large and enterprise organizations by pre selling this product for many years and I use it internally to manage my IT assets as a product continues to evolve it makes it easier for me to leverage new technology and deploy it in my own fleet and for my clients.
Aspetti negativi:
The product itself is very good some of the licensing and pricing can be cumbersome but overall once you get beyond that the product services purpose above and beyond with lots of features you didn't know you need it.
SOTI is SOLID
Commenti: SOTI is a fantastic product, but for smaller organizations. We migrated to a more comprehensive application, but I highly recommend SOTI.

Poor Support makes for a poor product
Commenti: Overall, my option is that SOTI MobiControl is a very poor product. You need to be able to trust your MDM software, and almost everything about my experience with SOTI made me not trust the software, or the company.

Has options for on-prem appliance. Supports managing iOS and Android, as well as other hardware

Support is awful. Not helpful and not quick.

We can easily Manage any barcode scanner, scan gun devices
Aspetti negativi:
Soti is used to only easy to manage scan guns. For mobile device and laptops i wont suggest this . Go with Microsoft intune

Commenti: Love the customer support. They are very quick to answer your emails and very knowledgable. They are very good at teaching you how to work with SOTI.
Aspetti positivi:
Being able to lockdown devices. Being able to remotely troubleshoot the devices. Being able to track and view device logs.
Aspetti negativi:
The initial setup takes some knowledge, especially if you want to add certain specific features. I wanted all devices to use a company logo as a background and that required some tweaking, but customer support was quick and knowledgable to help out with configuring it.
