We manage a large inventory, and MRPeasy has been a great tool for tracking inventory, generating purchase orders and invoices for both suppliers and customers, and managing the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished kits. We also use QuickBooks for our bookkeeping, and all invoice information transfers automatically from MRPeasy into QuickBooks. In addition, as we were setting up, customer support was readily available to answer questions. > > **Inconvenienti**: For cons, this is less about MRPeasy and more about QuickBooks. When we receive payment and close out an invoice in MRPeasy, it automatically transfers to QuickBooks, which works well. However, if the payment is deposited in our bank first and we close out the invoice in MRPeasy a day later, QuickBooks has often already generated an invoice to match the deposit. This can result in duplicate invoices in QuickBooks and requires some cleanup. It is a bit frustrating, but to be clear, this is not an issue with MRPeasy. > > Overall, our experience with MRPeasy has been very positive. The program is straightforward and easy to use. After getting everything set up and spending some time becoming familiar with the system, it has become a seamless part of our operations.
