They started out with few features and no apps but they promised to improve regularly and they deliver. In the short 4 years I have been using they have incorporated a staff app for the iPhone, a users app to reserve, keep track of workouts , PRs, billing and much more. an app for the front desk to use as checking in, reserving, adding new clients at ease. On each of these products they improve and incorporated new needed features faster than any software I have ever used. Their customer service is truly second to none. Helping you not only in the set up stage but anytime you need help and they work to resolve your problem immediately. The software not only is packed full of great functions for financial, workout writing and publishing, emailing automation, reports of attendance, finances , and mass email intervention but it does it with a sleek appearance that is not only visually appealing but with an easy of use that it's simple and powerful. > > **Inconvenienti**: Software is still growing and some features , not many anymore, can be improved. This is truly the worse thing I can think off as I have tried many many others do never been so satisfied and impressed with them delivering a great product and on a regular bases truly adding features to improve it without making it more complicated for the user. > > Endless , independence and function. Very unhelpful. > > P I started with in planner and took me about a month of their time to actually get signed up to get people to call me back to get people to explain things to me to set up meetings. You’d call to set up a meeting and then you couldn’t get a meeting for a week or two I was supposed to get two months free. I explained to them when I started. I was having surgeries and medical procedures, but needed to kinda get the ball rolling. They started me up on the initial day that I spoke to them. So in between my surgeries and trying to recover, and then a month of trying to get them to follow through and get back to me they used all my two months free and would not reset the time once I had actually gotten everything set up. I did not use one day of their services. I finally got set up and asked him to reset my time and they told me they couldn’t do that so by the time I finally got set up it was time to bill me.
