3 anni di Salesmanago, se tornassi indietro non lo sceglierei
Commenti: Dopo tre anni di utilizzo del software abbiamo deciso di chiudere il contratto, non mi sento di consigliare questa piattaforma.
Aspetti positivi:
Ho apprezzato la complessità, che per molti invece è un difetto, per me è sinonimo di potenzialità.
Aspetti negativi:
Nella mia esperienza di utilizzo durata 3 anni ho riscontrato diversi bug che l'assistenza non è mai riuscita a risolvere definitivamente. Rimpallavano di mese in mese con il reparto IT e fra diversi project manager senza risolvere a fondo il problema. In fase di contrattazione mi era stato promesso fin da subito un project manager italiano, ARRIVATO DOPO 2 ANNI. I pm in generale si sono rivelati poco competenti, non in grado di cogliere le esigenze della mia azienda. L'implementazione iniziale è stata anch'essa molto difficoltosa.

Utilizzando Salesmanago da molti anni ed è migliorato molto nel layout e nelle funzionalità e sono in contunuo aggiornamento, il che rende piacevole l'esperienza.
Sempre pronti a risolvere ed ascoltare eventuali esigenze.
Aspetti positivi:
La funzione più importante è quella dell'email marketing, fondamentale per il rapporto diretto con il consumatore; la segmentazione del database in base ai tag; la costruzione di workflow e l'integrazione con vari canali, tra cui social paid ads. La possibilità di richiedere all'account manager soluzioni su eventuali difficoltà di elaborazione di una campagna
Aspetti negativi:
Alcune funzionalità potrebbero essere migliorate, soprattutto nei processi (es. maggiori dettagli sulle vendite delle campagne, una maggiore integrazione di dati analitici nel database, best categories, best products ecc). Funzionalità che però non sono essenziali per un business in fase iniziale ma possono fare la differenza in strategie di marketing avanzate. La parte relativa a marketing automation e workflow va implementata da zero e questo può sembrare un ostacolo, ma ci sono guide utili e l'assistenza clienti che aiutano. In più una volta capito il meccanismo, diventa meno difficile.

la grande personalizzazione e automazione. La gestione delle campagne Mail marketing è fondamentale e di grande impatto sul nostro database clienti.

la UX è abbastanza complessa e a volte poco intuitiva. L'editor delle newsletter non è all'altezza di altri competitor e sarebbe da migliorare

SalesManago ci sta aiutando a gestire i dati necessari per personalizzare sempre di più la nostra comunicazione. È un tool che una volta configurato diventa semplice da utilizzare e ora indispensabile per le nostre attività di comunicazione. L’interfaccia grafica è intuitiva e tutto il sito è molto veloce, il supporto da parte del team SalesManago è costante e puntuale.

Alcune funzioni dell'editor di creazione e-mail andrebbero implementate come ad esempio la possibilità di inserire video direttamente da link Youtube.È stata tolta recentemente una funzione di ricerca nel database clienti per porzioni di indirizzo e-mail che sarebbe comoda.

E' anche versatile, ho fatto delle richieste per migliorare il mio lavoro e il team ha cercato sempre di accontentarmi. Il prodotto non è molto intuitivo da usare. A volte pone dei limiti nella scelta del font, delle dimensioni del carattere. Attualmente non si integra con Google Ads, funzione fondamentale per condividere le custom audience e fare retargeting.

Definitely it has a lot of features and the idea behind is strong.

For marketing team it's not easy to use, very complicated. You have to learn a lot before you can start for example sending marketing emails. When you log in you can see plenty of different options but there is no priority of them, poor UX. Customer Service (they call it Customer Success Team, lol) can't understand what the real problem is, they focus on details, not on overall client experience. They do not treat you as a partner.

I find the platform's usability and problem management easy, both in the short and long term, although I'm a newcomer in this.

The only suggestion I'd like to provide is to channel technical requests and bring them to the attention of a maximum of 2 operators per client, rather than involving an entire technical support team. This approach ensures project continuity and a smoother, faster bug management.

Salesmanago is a tool that has all the tools necessary to increase conversions in e-commerce, maintain contact with B2C and B2B customers, and manage the database. I also consider the ability to create a Landing Pages to be one of the advantages of this tool. Oh and of course service! Sales Manago is a complex but extremely user-friendly tool that is always getting better by offering new functionalities. I’ve been using it during the last 2 years and I have to say that once set up it makes work easier and quicker and allows you to manage in one place all the aspects of a digital marketing strategy: email marketing, pop-up, landing pages, social proof widget, survey, CRM segmentation, automation, live chat, RFM matrices and many many more. Special mention for the customer service that is always there to help with professional and quick support when you have some difficulties.

It might be helpful to have more customisation option in the newsletter and a more deep view in the analytics. Some tools have to be implemented but I'm sure it will be done in the future as SalesManago is always improving.
