Utilizzo Zoho invoice da parecchio per emettere le fatture elettroniche ai committenti. Devo dire che ha molte funzionalità utili allo scopo ed è molto ben fatto, lo consiglio

Zoho Invoice - Easy to Use and Super Flexible

Easy to use, simple to get set up with a custom business name and auto-fill details, lots of features that I've not even explored yet - including payment portal!
Aspetti negativi:
PDF generation of invoices is a little convoluted for what I consider to be my number one most used feature. It's also a little annoying to set up invoices for time - I work as a musician and often have to bill people for a "call" or for a few minutes, which is annoying. Maybe if the software could be expanded to make billing people for rented equipment easier too? It was also quite hard to add on bank details to the invoice.

Commenti: I've tried Quickbooks and FreshBooks but I am sticking with Zoho Invoice for its simplicity and the price is right. Freshbooks was disappointing.

Easily produces professional invoices and reports for the light user. Faster, simpler and cheaper than the competition. Highly recommended.

Recurring invoices could be easier. I need to set a manual schedule with a changing number of hours (items). Have not figured that out yet.

Commenti: Overall, I have used Zoho Invoice for years and is a great tool for the busy entrepreneur needing to send professional invoices quickly.

Invoices are customisable to your own brand, very professional looking. Was easy and simple to set up recurring invoices with multiple online payment methods to enable clients different ways to pay. Easy to search for previous invoices and option to record expenses too.

Support is a little slow to respond which would be my only criticism of this invoicing tool. I personally found support to be very helpful but they can take 2-3 days to initially respond.

Excellent tool with which it is possible to create digital invoices from customized templates, once you create your template you can easily generate a large number of invoices, organize and edit them if necessary, facilitating the work of invoicing to improve business.

On the billing system although it is very complete it can be confusing for some new users, it can be difficult to integrate with other platforms, and integration with Zoho tools increases the cost, as these other tools are treated as a premium feature.

Wish to be even more customizable, for example I am from Georgia and not fully supports Georgian language, also while creating invoices from Email, in the signature panel the logo is oversized, also auto generated email still needs to be more customizable
