The flexibility to adapt the various types of signups used for different types of opportunities and extending the signups using forms and notifications is powerful. The service can handle a pretty heavy load as we've pounded it with over a hundred signups in under five minutes for things like Parent-Teacher Conferences. > > **Inconvenienti**: The few types of signups you have available are powerful but not necessarily intuitive and you have to think about how you want the signup to look like and how the signup will flow for the user, leading to some trial and error when you first begin. The requirement for time slots to have a start and end time, makes it tricky to use for items that are just at a particular time, like dropping off items for a bake-sale, but other open ended signups don't read right. Particularly because our primary type of signup is time-slots, it took us a bit to get used to and understand the process of creating the day and time on which something is occurring, then add the slot that is happening at that date and time. The recent updates attempted to combine the pages on which those two steps occur, but make it even harder to intuit out how to attach the two items together. > > When looking for a powerful and flexible tool for managing signups for a small organization, there is no competitor out there that beats SignUpGenius. We have used other tools and tried ones that offered the moon but failed to deliver. SUG has been capable at its core competency and allowed us to drive and find ways to use it more fully and successfully. Reliable compared to other systems, it does take some time to learn if you truly want to be an expert at it - as does any system, but it is worth the time spent. ----- ### "Professional" — 1.0/5 > **Mariah** | *25 maggio 2023* | Studi legali | Tasso di raccomandazione: 6.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: People are familiar with the platform and feel comfortable navigating it compared to other products. Also it’s easily accessible by both mobile devices and computers. There is also some customization. > > **Inconvenienti**: The platform is sub-par in it’s ability to collate contact information or mass communicate. Using the platform at a business level is considered unprofessional due to appearance within the platform and lack of features > > I’ve used SignUpGenius for a multitude of events for at least the past five years. I have had large conflicts due to administrators not cross examining how information is displayed once the link is live. I want SignUpGenius to grow because as a free platform people are very familiar and connected to it. I would love to mainly use SignUpGenius for most events and coordination with groups, but it’s simply not a professional enough environment, yet. ----- ### "New to this however so far I find it very useful." — 4.0/5 > **Victoria** | *13 novembre 2025* | Studi medici | Tasso di raccomandazione: 8.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: I use sign up genius at work frequently to collaborate with other employees to complete group events such as potlucks, baby showers, etc. I am newer to using this website and then features that it offers but I was able to figure it out without any use of customer support. So far I have been able to use this site for free but I do think there are additional things that you can pay for if you were using it more frequently. It has been very helpful when setting up and coordinating events to manage volunteering and participation easier. > > **Inconvenienti**: I do feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when starting use this website. The features and directions are not very clearly described and I frequently have to use a trial and error method to find out what exactly I want to use. It does have a lot of additional features and designs that you can use but they have to be paid for which also makes me sad however I am happy to use the free version to coordinate events. > > I am new to using this website and its features so I still have some trouble using it from time to time however the ease that it provides me to plan and coordinate activities at work is still worth the extra time to figure out how to use it. ----- ### "Great free tool for even signups" — 4.0/5 > **Kylee** | *22 settembre 2025* | Gestione di organizzazioni non profit | Tasso di raccomandazione: 8.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: SignUpGenius is a great tool for organizing volunteers and sign-ups. It is free, simple to use, and keeps everything in one place. Participants can quickly see what is needed and sign up with ease. I especially like that it sends reminder emails, which help people follow through. Overall, it is an efficient and reliable way to manage events and donations. > > **Inconvenienti**: The free version of SignUpGenius has ads that can be distracting, and some advanced features require a paid upgrade. The design looks dated compared to other platforms, and deleting a spot does not always remove the entire row, which can be confusing. > > Overall, SignUpGenius is a practical and reliable tool for managing sign-ups. It keeps everything organized in one place, makes it easy for people to participate, and helps events run smoothly. While it has a few limitations, the convenience and efficiency it provides make it a strong choice for coordinating volunteers and donations. ----- Pagina: 1/81\ Avanti: [Pagina successiva](https://www.capterra.it/software/135392/signupgenius?page=2) ## Link - [Visualizza su Capterra](https://www.capterra.it/software/135392/signupgenius) ## Questa pagina è disponibile nelle seguenti lingue | Lingua | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dati strutturati
