The AMAZING customer service rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the tech team took time to reinstate the QR Code and put it back in my account\!\! Literally, I thought the code was gone forever and I have it back and now it can be used without me reprinting EVERYTHING.

> **Inconvenienti**: I just wish it were free. There are a lot of QR Code companies out there with free services. I came upon this one through another business - and I feel like I have to have the account in order to keep my QR code live... I feel rather "trapped" into it.
