> **Vantaggi**: We love how customizable the grooming calendars/appointment set up is. We have multiple groomers and they all take their dogs at different times, some in blocks, some not. This was the only software I could find at the time we were looking that would accommodate our complex scheduling choices.

> **Inconvenienti**: The customer service has degraded to the point that the software cannot be recommended. We cannot get a person to help with even urgent matters and support tickets seem to be going unanswered. Currently our system SMS messages are not consistently being sent and there is no way to know which ones actually went to the customer. The Communications portion of owner records show the message as having gone but nothing is shown as sent in History, even if it was sent. It is a total mess that has undermined our customers' trust in us.
