We are a new, small business - we do not have the budget to spend on the more expensive inventory mgmt softwares available. We are very pleased with the functionality of this program and how much it has helped us manage our inventory and orders. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH\!\!\! We only use a few of the reports available, the rest do not give us the data we need. I believe there is room for improvement here.
