I am with Cognito for many years. Every new major feature they introduced was carefully crafted and integrated in the existing experience, e.g. workflow, status, users. Thanks to this kind of development, even the more sophisticated features are doable. It is very reliable. I can always trust its results, even with very complex instructions. It is very good integrated with zapier and api, it allowed us to build quite complex client applications for the fraction of the costs for a complete own development. And also, with the peace of mind that you don't have bugs in the logical handling. Your own logic may be wrong, but never ever did cognitoforms a mistake in handling the logic. I find it an extremely good value for money. > > **Inconvenienti**: I am missing a real backup solution. We have automated exporting excel files in our cloud regularly. But I would prefer an integrated backup solution. > > It is a core tool for our business. It allows us rapid adaptions. It is absolutely reliable. It is quite easy to start and still extremely powerful. ----- ### "Cognito Is the Only Form System I'll Use" — 4.0/5 > **Amanda** | *30 settembre 2026* | Organizzazione eventi | Tasso di raccomandazione: 9.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: Cognito Forms helps me find creative ways to solve a lot of problems in my organization, and to create efficiency. With a little creativity, there is really almost nothing that I can't figure out how to do. Often, Cognito is a tool I use more as a process-driver than as an intake form. It's a great conduit to bridge systems and connect information. I love prefilled fields, lookups, and linked forms. The advanced calculations are also great. > > **Inconvenienti**: I have a few forms which have images people upload. If I delete the images, I'm still "charged" for storage. I have to pay a hefty premium for that storage, but I don't need the images. This is the only reason I've given 4 stars ilo 5 for the platform. > > Overall, pretty great. Customer service is usually responsive and helpful, and I'm able to collaborate with other creative people who help me find routes to solutions if I do feel stuck. They are also very good about consistently improving and upgrading features. ----- ### "🔴 I strongly advise against using this company." — 1.0/5 > **Alex** | *19 settembre 2024* | Logistica e catena di approvvigionamento | Tasso di raccomandazione: 0.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: It worked fine till it did not. I used them for years > > **Inconvenienti**: 🔴 I strongly advise against using this company. If your business relies on functional forms, it's crucial to have real-time customer service to address any issues that may arise. It's unacceptable for a company to operate without this support. In today's competitive business environment, companies with good customer service thrive, and I hope businesses like this one realize the importance of providing real-time support before they become obsolete like Blockbuster. > > It was horrible. I had an issue with their login, so I could fix an issue, but no one could help me. I was losing money by the minute. ----- ### "Flexible and Reliable for Complex Application Processes" — 5.0/5 > **Felipe** | *20 luglio 2026* | Consulenza manageriale | Tasso di raccomandazione: 8.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: Cognito Forms is flexible, easy to configure, and powerful enough to manage complex application and evaluation processes. I especially value its conditional logic, calculations, file uploads, automated notifications, workflows, and the ability to organize large amounts of applicant information without developing a system from scratch. > > **Inconvenienti**: Some advanced processes require workarounds or external tools. Managing facilitator availability, complex scheduling, customized dashboards, document repositories, and highly specific workflows can be difficult. Reporting and integrations could also be more flexible for organizations managing several programs simultaneously. > > My overall experience has been positive. I have used Cognito Forms to support entrepreneurship programs, application processes, technical assistance, evaluations, document collection, and participant follow-up. It is reliable and cost-effective, particularly for organizations that need to digitize processes quickly. However, as operations become more complex, additional integrations, custom development, or complementary platforms may be necessary. ----- ### "The best data collection and repository tool on the market." — 5.0/5 > **Andre** | *1 ottobre 2026* | Amministrazione pubblica | Tasso di raccomandazione: 10.0/10 > > **Vantaggi**: I love how Cognito enhances our workflows, payments, and overall end-user experience. Customers feel confident about the security of their information, and that is invaluable for such a low monthly cost. > > **Inconvenienti**: I have nothing bad to say about the product. It meets all our needs more than other tools we have used in the past. > > I use Cognito for both business and personal use, and it works seamlessly in both aspects. It increases the end-user experience and enhances our impact for the purpose we are using it for. ----- Pagina: 1/11\ Avanti: [Pagina successiva](https://www.capterra.it/software/138990/cognito-forms?page=2) ## Link - [Visualizza su Capterra](https://www.capterra.it/software/138990/cognito-forms) ## Questa pagina è disponibile nelle seguenti lingue | Lingua | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Dati strutturati
