What I also like about Prezi is it ability to integrate different types of files, especially media files, and have the capability to play that media file within the presentation. > > **Inconvenienti**: It can be really difficult to navigate when building Prezi presentations because you have to constantly zoom in and out which can cause bugs and issues because of the user interface you are required to work with. > > Overall, my experience with Prezi is a bit lukewarm because from the user end, viewing the presentation is amazing because it is different and feels more interactive than PowerPoint. It’s something new and different that is outside of what users usually see. Additionally, presentations are not compatible with PowerPoint; so, if you are a working individual who frequently does presentations with others, then this product is more work than anything else. I stopped using Prezi and they charged me over $100 a year later. I asked for a refund, but they refused since they said they sent a reminder email that they actually never sent. So, I essentially am paying for a service I never use and they refuse to give me my money back. Overall, I would not recommend Prezi.
