Great way to track time, projects, expenses, and time off.
Aspetti positivi:
This is a all in one suite, which is fantastic for tracking everything time and monetarily to a project. It also is great for keeping track of employees billable hours for internal office review.
Aspetti negativi:
Currently the contacts list is only available to administrators, so we can not use it to have a database of client contact information. Additionally, the way it requests to list someone as client or supplier is a bit odd when we sometimes have them as both.

The user-friendly interface makes it easy to learn, and I'm able to quickly get up to speed on how to use the software. It can be difficult to customize to my individual needs, but with a bit of trial and error, I'm able to make the adjustments I need.

Great software for a small firm
Commenti: We went from no project management system and manual accounting. This has improved our productivity and improved profits.
Aspetti positivi:
Setup was very easy, the support was great at each step. It is the most cost effective for a small firm. At any time I can call or email a question and get a quick response. They are constantly updating and improving the system.
Aspetti negativi:
Updates sometimes cause lags the system, but if you sign up for updates they will let you know when they are doing them.

Commenti: We've had our hiccups from the start when we decided to migrate from Billquick. The communication has been severely lacking from the start. Several data issues which have still be unresolved, and functionality that varied from BillQuick that we've had to adapt to, even though we were assured that everything that was in BillQuick would be part of CORE. The most significant issue we have though is response time and communication when there is a reported issue or problem. Customer service is readily available to address a new issue, but the resolution is poor.

We migrated from BQE's Billquick software. There were elements of the migration that went well, and some that did not. It's been over 6 months since migration and I'm still waiting on data issues to be repaired and issues to be resolved.
