It allows the opportunity for clients \& trainers to build a stronger relationship, the trainers to be able to support their clients, \& for the clients to be able to reach out if there are any concerns within their program. All of the messages are maintained under that client's name, which is very helpful if you need to review them later. The video feature is nice for a client to use if they are struggling with form or just how to perform a particular exercise. The trainer can review the video \& respond back quickly.
