The option of customer-specific configuration The friendliness, flexibility and commitment of the highly qualified TenForce team (had contact with Business Development Manager, Customer Success manager, Project Manager, BTA, or people from the Tenforce support team and from the accounting departments) The employees also take the time to solve problems spontaneously / at short notice and help quickly with user problems with good constructive suggestions for solutions. Aspetti negativi:
No cons, but a suggestion for improvement: Understandably, I personally don't expect everyone to be available at all times. Therefore, I would like to see (if it doesn't already exist) a portal for TenForce customers where we can find instructions on how to use the various tools (especially useful at the beginning when you start to use a new module). I am aware that this cannot be implemented 1:1 due to customization, but it could possibly be done for the modules in their "pure form", as well as for the Meeting & Action tool, or frequently asked customer questions could be stored in FAQs depending on the module.

Commenti: as an admin it is a very flexible tool, that you can adjust yourself . however due to all the different possibilities the general user sometimes does not know what to use. for a standard user the 'ONE way to go' should be intuitively found

the flexibility of the tool and the power to do a lot of things yourself as administrator.

so many possibilities that a regalur user does not always intuitively see how to work/navigate. a training is necessary for the basics

Commenti: Dedicated & honest team which listens to our comments/remarks/problems/issues and comes up with solutions/proposals/workarounds.
Aspetti positivi:
Tenforce product is: 1. Configurable 2. Flexible 3. Most of the GUI (web + mobile app) is pleasing
Aspetti negativi:
1. The indicators & admin scripts are not documented even though there's a possibility. 2. When deleting an indicator, no warning message is shown to the admin user. This can be fatal for the application if the user doesn't remember the indicator which was deleted. 3. We create proposals/ideas in the product board, but there's no possibility for us to see the status of those.

Having met one of your key-people even before I started working with TenForce directly, there was an immediate connection, a click... That's not something that happened a lot to me in my 30+ years in ICT
Together, we've been through a lot and have shared both good and less-good moments but always came out on top (and stronger)!
Also, in these bad days, there's no fingerpointing; we work on the problem together.

All in all happy with application
Commenti: I like tenforce, it is clear and setup is done easily. The lay-out is nice and you can adapt it to your likings as a user. The smartlist and filtering options are a plus. However, some of our users that only use parts of the application complain about the different tabs and to them it is sometimes unclear which tab contains which information.

Clear, userfriendly application Lay-out Setup is userfriendly too (expect for mixing injuries and incidents in a smartlist)

Horrible reaction time from the support team on customizations, estamations for changes also take forever

Commenti: Overall, a good and productive collaboration that has led to a customized database tailored to the needs of our brewery.
Aspetti positivi:
How it’s built and the calculations behind every step in the process. Also, the possibility to set the system up for more than one department. Very easy to extract data in Excel format. Quick overview in several templates to see the status of some educations or programs.
Aspetti negativi:
No calendar implemented for the follow-up of blue-collar employees.
Experiences with TenForce
Commenti: I like working with the software and with the TenForce team. They always look for solutions within the standard system.
Aspetti positivi:
The people of TenForce listen to what the needs of the customer are. They are able to translate this into a working software. Work flows are easily defined.
Aspetti negativi:
The readability of the screens is not that good. Repeating alerts is not possible without extra programming.
