> **Vantaggi**: Freshbooks was a tool I initially used for billing clients when I was first growing my business. It was easy to send links to clients and they were able to pay online. It was relatively affordable for what I was using it for. I liked that it generated yearly forms for my earnings and showed me what I earned month to month. It was clean and easy to navigate. I also liked that it tracks expenses for me and I can link my cards to it to automatically track. I wish I could have had more clients for the price I was paying

> **Inconvenienti**: I wish I could've saved clients' CC info and ran billing myself as opposed to having to send a link to clients to get them to sign in and pay. This made it harder to make sure everyone paid on time.

> Overall, Freshbooks was a useful tool for me, but I have had to supplement with other billing platforms as well. I continue to use freshbooks to track expenses

> **Vantaggi**: It worked well until they shut my account down with no explanation. I highly recommend keeping your data elsewhere. They won't give access to it.

I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund. I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app. I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while. I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions. I was wrong to have done so.

> Customer support is horrible. They won't answer you, just give you pre written responses. Not sure why.
