I have been going back and forth and spoke to screwfix who have no problem to refund and sent me that in writing yet been chasing this useless and horrendous rewards site customer service with 2 high priority complaints and still no response for over 10 days which I’m out of pocket for the voucher I didn’t use or have any intention of using.
