Excellent and easy to use

It’s very simple and intuitive, we have used a competitor until recently and TicketSource was half the price (as were a registered charity) and provided a much better customer experience when booking

Excellent system for an amdram group

Being able to respond to folks quickly with questions and change their reservations in a flash, make our own maps, the customization, the TicketSource customer service.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing that we couldn't figure out how to do was exchange for a ticket that was on a sliding scale to another performance - which I don't think was an available option. It would be great if it could be! But I'm sure you could have done if from your end if we had asked :)

Commenti: I am so happy i am using this service and it will recommend to others. They are on the ball and they are extremely helpful. The service is easy to use and set up. I struggle with technology and this has mad what i thought would be a nightmare to use a walk in the park.
I put off using any ticket company as i was scared and apprehensive. I wish i come here sooner its eased my work load no end.
I literally have nothing to worry about with bookings.

Ease of use around setting up and the customer service. I was recommended by a fellow colleague as i had looked at others but couldn't get my head around use. Went to this website and was a breeze they even emailed me upon setting up my account as they noticed i had ticked something that did not fit in with what my service was and said they would sort for me. Absolutely amazing. so easy to get in contact with.

Easy to set up and manage. Easy access through usual browsers on PC and phone, with addition of mobile app for Front of House . Multiple users with ability to set up different roles for each. Flexible to our requirements

Initially found it clunky in parts of the setup as some information was repeated per individual event, but got easier with more use.

Superb service. Easy to set up ticket sales, prompt payment, facility to cancel easily if reqd. When I needed help they talked me through the issue brilliantly. Great for printing out lists of attendees for door team to use.

Commenti: Overall, TicketSource made it easy to create and manage the event. I will definitely be using it again next year!

For years I had parents asking for an online option for ticketing. Ticket source made it easy for patrons to use credit cards and also allowed us to have cash payments while keeping track of the tickets sold in person. It also allowed for easy ticket scanning with our mobile phones and kept track of how many seats were filled in the house.

Aspetti negativi:

The only option I wish existed was if the ticket source could send a check with the final amount to be deposited rather than only offering direct bank deposit.

There was always someone there to answer any queries we had - this was the first time we had tried to use a ticketing platform and will definitely try again - it was so straight forward and easy for our customers to use the website and buy tickets.

Aspetti negativi:

The report at the end of the process re who bought tickets had too much information on it - I had to download and erase lots of info so I could give to the people on the door without email addresses, how much they had paid etc - it would be great to have a report solely with names and numbers of tickets they had bought.

Useful tool for selling and monitoring ticket sales

Commenti: This is an amazing tool for selling tickets. The only hiccup I had was when someone was able to book a wheelchair and carer seat as normal tickets when those seats had been marked as wheelchair and carer seats. I don't know how that could have happened.

Very user friendly. I love the sales reports which quickly give you an idea of what has been sold.

Not having ever set up online ticketing before it was a bit of a daunting task with all the various drop down bars with all the different options for setting up an account. I had to ring up for help a few times but always got good advice and was pointed in the right direction.

Sale of tickets for an individual dance event

Commenti: I would rate it very high as it made it convenient to sell tickets for an event with many features that allowed us to customise the sale of the ticket, information that could be disseminated to the buyer at the point of sale. The customer service personnel were excellent - no queues and addressed all queries quickly and professionally. Will definitely recommend as we will be organising more such community and charity events.

Liked that I could create event with all the details necessary for customers to buy the ticket. It provided box office support too which I did not use

Aspetti negativi:

The fact that for an individual event paid for from my pocket, I had to pay commissions on the tickets sold. This was a charity event so would've preferred if there was no commission and all ticket sales proceed came to me in total.
