It was one of the reasons we decided to move to UKG over our last HRIS. Reporting is more robust, timekeeping is more seamless, and customer support is quick with responding and setting up times to troubleshoot. Payroll is a much quicker process. > > **Inconvenienti**: Implementation was less than ideal. We were sold product or oversold product that would have at least basic functionality for the product. Once we implemented we were told any additions come with a cost to us. An example of this is in the ATS portion of the ATS. The ATS does not track the sourcing location of a candidate and where they come from as all is listed as UKG. We were told in order to track that, we had to ask candidates to report that or pay more money to get it tracked, however, that is a basic function of any ATS and should not cost extra. The system should be smart enough to track where the candidate came from.
