Commenti: I use it everyday and mainly for sharing press kits with journalists - it's amazing having everything gathered in one place and being able to share something that's beautifully and aesthetically presented.

Aspetti positivi:

I love how intuitive and easy it is to use.

Aspetti negativi:

I'm not a part of the development or integration - I'm just a user with admin rights. But I don't feel there are any struggles for me using the image bank - sometimes there's a hiccup because our amount of content is extreme. But it very rarely happens that there's an issue, and I've always received help quickly, when necessary. Maybe once or twice in my one-two years as a user.

I would love to have some templates I could click on and that would be the design. Often, we don't have time to design our portal.

Very good content managing platform

Commenti: I can easily find content I'm looking for, share it with colleagues, and create links for customized access to our content for external partners.

Aspetti positivi:

It's easy to organize the content, to share different kinds of access to members outside the organization, and to save predefined settings for cropping etc. It's also easily accessible online instead of storing the content in shared folders on servers etc.

Aspetti negativi:

So far it has met all my expectations for content usage.

I'm not really seeing any downsides. I'm not deeply familiar with the platform, but from what I've heard, whenever we encounter a problem, there's always a way to resolve it through the platform's settings. Sometimes the search function is not very helpfull but that can also have something to do with the way we name our folders. So overall, from my perspective, there really aren't any big cons.

Kontainer - a must have space

Commenti: I wish all of the tools we use to support our work were on this level. Troubleless and user-friendly.

I like the fact that Kontainer is well thought. It is like the creators thought about every possibility and users need beforehand hence there is no problem with uploading/ storing/ operating/ previewing of files of different formats, sizes etc. and there is always more than one way of performing the same activity. Even the least 'technical' person will manage to find its way there.

Aspetti negativi:

The permission granting can take a while but at the end it still make sense.

While we’re pleased with its performance, one area for improvement would be the option for data storage on internal servers, as this would provide added flexibility and control over data management.

Easy interface and great integrations with our most used programs. Kontainer is always proactive in customer support, and contacts us with presentations of new features.

Aspetti negativi:

Its sometimes difficult ceeping track of, permissions and users visibility. Its always some little checkmark, or activation of function thats our own fault for missing. But not using the product every single day, meens that we are not always super users and remember every little detail.

I love how easy it is to organize our files with tags, making it incredibly efficient to locate and manage our assets. The ability to create landing pages for sharing with external users is fantastic, simplifying the process of collaboration and sharing resources. Managing permissions is straightforward, allowing us to control access effectively. Additionally, setting up templates to empower others to download their needed file type and size is a powerful feature that enhances productivity and ensures consistency across our assets.

Aspetti negativi:

I dislike that some of their features are locked behind different payment levels. This tiered pricing can be frustrating, especially when some essential features require a higher payment plan. It would be more user-friendly if more features were accessible without additional costs.

Excellent web-hosting program for our clients hosting virtual events

Commenti: Our company switched to Kontainer from another digital asset management platform and we've generally found it to be a perfect fit so far. We have some unique use cases of the software and the tech support/customer service groups from Kontainer have been excellent in working with us to get squared away.

Aspetti positivi:

We love how straightforward the system is. The ease of setting up and maintaining existing sites has been refreshing. Kontainer's customer support has also been excellent so far. They've helped us with multiple custom solutions to complex problems associated with our specific use cases.

Aspetti negativi:

The site metrics for site activity (particularly individual file views) could stand to be a little more robust - we'd like to be able to get more info about individual file views and it's not clear to me whether that's impossible with the current software or just carries an extra cost. We know it's possible to pull data about # of downloads of files, but we generally don't want users downloading from our Kontainer sites for unique reasons.

The platform has an exclusive look to it, yet it maintains it ease of use and the very intuitive interface. All in one platform for managing digital assets with lots of good features.

Overall i don't have any cons for Kontainer. When i have had issues the team behind has been quick to fix them.

The software is easy to navigate in once you figure it out. I love how you can share particularly maps with retailers or other. Also it's visually very pretty and it's very manageable.

Aspetti negativi:

It would have been nice if there where a 'last added' section, where you can find all the files that just have been added. Also it would have been nice if you could download pictures in to sizes to instagram etc. Now it only crops the picture for it to fit the size. Would have been great if it compressed the picture instead.

The most important thing about this product is how easy it is to share all the elements that are part of a production. Our company has customers all over the world and having a place where all our assets are easily accessible saves us money and not least time.

The functionality supports out workflows in the best possible way. We save time and optimize workflows with Kontainer. We have the best overview of our images, files and user rights, downloads, etc. We could not work as professionel as we do without it.

It can be seen that Kontainer has been on the market for many years. It has obviously been updated continuously, but it's not quite up to date. However, their newsletter is a new skin that we are looking forward to, but it does not make any difference to our work and the function it has for us.
