I wanted to ask about some issues I was seeing on statements and have been on hold for 2 hours. I spent 1.5 hours on hold Monday before I had to give up. 2 hours the next day. I've left a message with the billing department manager several times now and still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my services and cant because no one apparently has the ability to do anything to your account. Well unless you want to buy more services. They are all over taking your money but do nothing if you have a billing issue apparently. > > The people that work for the company are ok the software when working is ok.
