I used to reach out a lot to them when I was new, and they told me they were happy I kept using their support service. They always send detailed emails after a call for a recap, or next steps if a follow up is needed. The only issue I had was there was a period where my portal became very slow. I had to reach out to support and they would immediately refresh my account to get it started backup again.
