Unprofessionelle und fehleranfällige Anbindung an webshops

Wir hatten Payrexx über ein Jahr im Einsatz für 4 verschiedene webshops (ausschliesslich Schweizer Markt). Leider waren die Abbruchraten wesentlich schlechter als bei den zu vor genutzten Anbietern. Es gab Tage an denen mehr als die Hälfte der Zahlungen abgelehnt wurden. Etwaige technische Störungen, die dass verursacht haben könnten wurden nicht pro-aktiv kommuniziert. Die B2C Rechnungszahlung wurde über einen Drittanbieter angebunden, bei dem man Stornierungen \& Rückzahlungen per individueller email anfragen durfte... Zudem konnte seitens Payrexx auch nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden keine saubere Schnittstelle zustande gebracht werden, die einen sicheren Abgleich der Zahlungen gewährleistete. Letztlich durfte unser Innendienst dann zur Sicherheit einfach täglich nochmals prüfen, ob Zahlungen von Kunden ggf nicht über die Schnittstellen übermittelt wurden. Zusammenfassend empfanden wir die Lösung als unprofessionell und nicht geeignet für KMU's oder gar grössere Unternehmen im ecommerce.

Nach mehreren Versuchen noch eine saubere Lösung zu erhalten, um nicht nach kurzer Zeit wieder 4 shops auf einen neuen Anbieter umstellen zu müssen, haben wir letztlich resigniert und Payrexx abgestellt. Zu guter Letzt wurde eine Umstellung vom Pro Abo auf ein Basic / Start Einsteiger Abo (im Payrexx user backend) von Payrexx nachträglich nicht akzeptiert und wir dürfen nun 1.5 Jahre ohne Inanspruchnahme des Services weiterzahlen... Diese Art Kundenservice könnten wir uns als shopbetreiber wohl nicht erlauben ;)
